I had done the courier through dtdc for sending my dream job application to iit indore.

The consignment number h81651482 dated on 7/7/2018.

My case number : 11925702, against consignment number h81651482.

My problem with dtdc is they have not delivered my dream job application not in-time to the destination address. Because of their delayed service the consignee had rejected receipt the application at the destination as the last date of application is over.

The customer care is not at all responsive and they are doing the time pass with the application and still my consignment is with them till today i. E. 24/7/2018.

If you see the tracking data, the destination address is given as mumbai. The actual destination is indore. Even the destination pin code mentioned in the tracking is also wrong.

For me its loss of application cost, courier charges, time, and my opportunity along with mental tension.

Kindly help me out in this issue and do needful by giving proper resolution from the company.

1. Yesterday your agent mr. Gurmeet call me from this number [protected] and conversation giving below:
He told me that “ your parcel have came here so collect from the giving point“
I told him also “why you are not deliver at door step” so he told me rudely “due to curfew my boy will not deliver at door step if you want then collect from my pointed place, otherwise i will mention refuse to take from customer side”.
Then i told him “who gave you right to reject my consignment and another courier service blue dart delivered at home yesterday in curfew, then rules are same for all courier services.” i have an order copy of curfew which is attached, in which courier and other essential facility out from boundation of curfew, which mentioned in order copy.
2. After all conversations he was rigid on own term and condition. And not deliver my order.
3. Who gives him a right for reject/refuse or cancel my consignment.
4. He has return consignment and not delivered who will compensate for this my expensive time fired and needful documents returned. I am highly disappointed about this kind of burst service.
So my request is please ensure door step delivery of my ordered product, and please not sent our product via this type cheap agent.

I had sent my luggage (Perishable (Food) as well as a one-year old baby dress) on 25th june, 2020 through dtdc (Consignment no.- d[protected]. But it returned back on 16th july, 2020. It was to be delivered to ankhleswar in gujarat (Pin 393010), but from the tracking history that i can see, it went from patna to mumbai and then back to patna. On top of that, they charged 900/- non refundable amount. And they didnt even call at the destination that we could have tried to receive our package. The baby dress i[censored]ndelivered will be an additional burden of cost since baby will outgrow the dress size.

Dear team,
This is to bring to your notice that a consignment couriered from bangalore for bareilly reached bareilly on 18th july. However, due to poor weather conditions and thus no network in the area, it has not been delivered and has been redirected. Although an alternate number was provided, it was not contacted upon. The awb number is b71170146. Kindly help with re attempting the delivery the following day.

The people working in the dtdc courier service of bommasandra are so irresponsive. Last time when i tracked my package it was showing customer will self collect. I never said that i will visit their office. How can you people change it without asking me. When i called them yesterday to know at which office my package was there, they told me that it was missing. How can you people be so careless. Its been half a month since i have been waiting for my package. If it is not sorted soon i'm going to file a complaint against dtdc courier services in consumer court for fraud and theft. D74141835 this is the reference id they gave me to track the package.

Dtdc courier tracking number d73692430 not received last 2.5 months. Dtdc agent dharmesh (Mob no-[protected]) from thane area transferred the product to fort mumbai branch. The addressing product was nariman point. Another dtdc agent ram (Mob no-[protected]) call for receiving product however receiving party not present there. Now the product missed by ram at nariman point. Also coordinating with amlan (Mob no [protected]) at fort branch his response null about this. If dtdc service can kindly find the product and give to receiving party i will thank full to u.

I have sent my luggage at 10 july from bangalore and today is 18th and still now i didnt got my things back i m going to raise the case to the social media if proper rules is not followed as soon as possible

My consignment number d59118651. The address on the parcel is correct but tracking details is wrongly attached by office ppl. Please deliver it to right address as per address on the parcel

My father receiving a phone call from [protected] who told my father that a 'LHD shipment' is waiting for him. To get that, my father needs to click on a link to ensure his location and and OTP has to be shared with the courier boy.

This is something new for us.

Our question is, how reliable it is? Does DTDC has started this kind of activities now a days?

I had ordered books from arihant.com . Then when i tracked the parcel it showed that NOT DELIVERED due to RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR). Bit they never contacted me. And I even did not request delivery on different date. So please respond ASAP. I want my parcel ASAP. My adress is in SRIRANGAPATNA pin 571438.

DTDC not delivered my courier kn my home address gomoh, dhanbaad, 828401, when i call they said picked thus material from dhanbaad office, why DTDC accept material if they not able to deliver at required address. Deliverery boy talking rudely.i compliant in DTDC feedback on DTDC website, mail received for ticket but no action from DTDC.

Still my parcel in same location for 3rd july. No one can help. No phone pick up.

Hi I’m shruthy.My sender sends the parcel from Delhi to me.The reference number is D73592269.Today(16/7/2020) my parcel is out for delivery at 12.19pm and when I check the tracking status in the evening it shows it is delivered at6.15pm.They didn’t even call me.15/7/2020 I went to karungal dtdc about my courier they said the load is not coming yet we will call once it reached.And the receiver number is [protected](Nagercoil dtdc courier office number).Please take action.

I have booked a consignment with consignment number z53490448 on 30.06.2020 but it has not delivered till now. Tracking status is showing wrong which says that it has delivered on 10.07.2020 but it has not delivered till now kindly confirm where the consignment is, please ask their delivery agent where he had delivered the consignment and provide me signed pod.
