I have sent a courier from gurgaon to hyderabad (Zip-500089) on 29th may with the consignment number d58819018. This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 2 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important documents and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

I have send one courier from kerala to goa. R37099752.. From last 4 days the courier is in panaji office. Every day they are telling that they will supply today. But not supplied till now. The courier contains urgent face masks. Pls do needfull..

My item is not yet delivered and it’s been more than 7 days. I had logged complains still no solution. I got to know it is in hitech city Madhapur Hyderabad branch, I called that number[protected] some guy picked and say he would deliver on 4th June 2020 but post that no one came to deliver. I have been calling that number and no one is picking up. My entire day is going calling the call centre’s and they are saying my item will be delivered but no one is calling me from courier.

I ordered a product from amazon..
I didn't liked it so i decided to return it.

But,
Return courier pickup service was not available.
So i self returned it...
Through dtdc courier service.

Now it is showing..,
*not delivered (Receiver shifted from given address - cir)*

What a joke...!

I am supposed to receive a parcel, (Ref no b[protected] at pincode 695024 which is what is written on the courier slip but the tracking page shows destination as 682001.

I'm writing this preemptively so that they don't deliver to the wrong city. Kindly update the tracking to the correct details

I have not recived my parcel yet from mumbai with consignment number - d93203855. And in the dtdc website it is showing as "consignment redirected". It was out for delivery today but now it is showing this status. Could you please checjk and confirm asap? Please try top deliver it to the mentioned address asap as it is very important parcel.

I Drashty Desai have been trying to track my dtdc courier since 2 months. I have been kept in the dark since over 2 whole months. I had given my 2 consignments- First( M[protected] to Indore and the Second( M[protected] to Banglore. Both of these couriers contained demands drafts and important admission related documents. I had submitted it on the 21st of March 2020 at the ANDHERI WEST BRANCH. I have been trying to track it but it it not recorded online. No details have been updated regarding the same online. I have tried to raise queires or send emails but it gets rejected because my CONSIGNMENT NUMBERS WERE NEVER UPDATED ONLINE OR PUT INTO THE SYSTEM. I AM EXTREMELY HELPLESS AND LOST AS MY ADMISSIONS DEPEND ON IT.My deadline is 15th of June 2020 which is due in a few days. I am being mentally harassed by your employees and customer support because they have no clue where my courier is. I had raise a complaint on 19th April 2020 regarding the same and have not got a single response for it. I can only do this much. I have no idea as to where my courier is and who to contact about the same. My case number is[protected]M[protected]. There have been no follow ups and the customer care do not know any detail as towhere my courier is because the tracking numbers and tracking details are not updated online.
Its a shame on DTDC that I have to go through so much to just know where my parcel is. If i have any consequence on my admIssions because of your mishandling I will be filing a legal case as I was very understanding about the delay due to the lockdown but now everything is being parcelled and all of it is open. I want to atleast where my courier is. If you dont respond or help me out, I will take it as another case of ignorance from your side and move ahead with legal options.
Kindly stop this mismanagement and update me with the same to avoid any inconvience.

I am yet to receive the product however it says delivered when we check it online and as per today's conversation with chittoor franchise the product is still with them which would be returned to the head office.

However i have not received the product yet and if i had received the product i wouldn't be sitting and complaining on it.

I am ordering from juicy chemistry products, they will products hand to throw dtdc courier, but courier is not received till now.

Every day calls, e-mails to dtdc courier but not response from dtdc, please action against dtdc courier, i request to as soon as the problem solve the my query

Shipment has been lying in kalyan branch from past 3 days and yet it's not been delivered. Sender and reciever both are from mumbai and still its taking so long? This is such a pathetic service. It's been 5 days now.

Dtdc courier service has not delivered my courier after 3 months. It was booked on 18th mar. It was from guwahati to jaipur. Jaipur hub received the parcel on 20th march. I am following with the customer care and lodge a compliant, now they are saying we have lost the parcel and can’t do anything. Tracker still showing the parcel with them. Customer care is pathetic with no proper communication. I got a call from bhawarlal saying that we have lost the parcel.

I have sent a courier from dtdc on 22may2020 courier no d90942452 at the time of sending they asked me 5days it will receive in bangalore and after 2-3 days i have not found any status online for this courier no. Then i called to rg complex pahar ganj delhi office their contact no is [protected] and [protected] then after 2-3 days they changed courier no. D59041758. And yesterday i called them and they said today 27may2020 you will receive...

Very poor management.

Worst service i ever seen. I have sent a courrier on 6th of may and till today they are keeping in hub. If my customer visit the hub they are saying they have not received. Worst service by *dtdc. *although i made door delivery by paying premium charges these people are playing with customers. I dont know whom to ask if i call the customer are those people will keep on hold for 15min and hangup. I have also visited the head office peenythey are saying need to check with franchise. That francise will not at all pick the call. If you people cant deliver my item get it back to me i will look into other transport. And stop saying this covid reasons because rest all transport is working at delivery point.

I sent the parcel on friday i. E. 22-05-20, from phase 10, mohali, punjab to chennai. The online details are showing that it has been delivered on 29-05-20 the security of leela palace, chennai (Reciever) imformed that delivery boy denied to hand it over to security as the concerned person was unavailable at that time. The delivery services are saying that the delivery boy handed over the parcel to security. The sign of reciever on their record sheet is of someone named "ranson", but the online details are showing that it was recieved by some person named "mohideen". The concerned person haven't received it yet. I'm attaching the pictures to prove my doubts. Kindly solve this confusion and deliver the parcel as soon as you can.

I have booked service through my sender party ss pharma the services of dtdc for sending a parcel (Weighing - 1000 gms) to bhopal from ghaziabad (Pod *d57632519*).

The services were availed on 20/05/2020.

The courier was received at bhopal on 28/05/2020 at 02:30pm

When the courier was delivered at bhopal, my brother the receiver found the package was tampered with all the items have been stolen.

When the courier was despatched the total weight was 1000 gms & when we received it was only 50 gms. (Only weight of packaging)

This is a sheer act of irresponsibility and forgery.

I would like to a complaint against dtdc in the consumer forum, if full money against the goods not returned to me.

I demand an immediate recovery of the stolen items or the reimbursement of the value of the stolen goods.

Goods cost approx 12000.

Dear sir

I am utterly disappointed with dtdc. This is regarding my courier which was placed on 20th may from bangalore to miryalaguda. Tracking# - d58446365.

In the office we were told it will be reaching by 4 to 5 days while booking. Now it's showing the same that it was in hyderabad from 23rd may onwards. This is not at all expected. Due to urgency we opted for dtdc services. The given customer care numbers are not working and if you drop quary they respond after 3days saying same as shown in tracking. Such harassment is not at all expected from a company like dtdc.

Please look into this.

My friend placed order of a 300gm electronic content package on 22 march. From bhuwneshwar to noida. I have still not received it. Kindly provide details about it. Awb no is k24599022. Attached are proof of booking.
