I sent my documents (No. N[protected] from chennai on feb 20 2020 with pob address at germany. When i called to dtdc office they said they cannot deliver to it. (Though my previous consignment to exactly same adress was delivered). Then i sent them the updated address. Now they are not replying, just making excuses after multiple calls. It's been 10 days, I have sent this mail to Akash - Manager at DTDC Aundh Pune there is no response from him.
Over the phone he said that DTDC doesn't courier glass material (gas stove) but previously his colleagues (DTDC employees) accepted the courier and they delivered the stove in pieces. Which you can see in attached pictures. That new gas stove is completely broken and we can't use it at all.

The company is not delivering the important items on time and on contacting they are telling us that the item will be delivered after 4 to 5 days last time also the same thing happened after receiving the courier they didn't delivered the product to the party they just kept it with themselves i collected myself from the shop they took 8 to 10 days to delivered my important books that to i collected by myself such a pathetic services u people...

Sir this dtdc courier service office is available in neyveli township (Pin code -607803).
They have given me wrong consignment number and still courier not delivered (From nine days).
His owner number is [protected].
And he is not responsing properly. Where is my documents i don't know and when it will get delivered i don't know. If someone misuse my documents, what should i have to do. Should i make police complaint...

The shipment was shipped on 30 dec 2019 after repeated calls to the customer support also did not get resolution. This has been going on for a very long time and after 3 months of constantly contacting dtdc i felt like they are not interested to resolve this issue neither are they returning the parcel.

My father sent holi food snacks from aligarh to bangalore on 7th, they charged rupees 750 instead of 440 for speed or priority service with 48 hours delivery promise.

However, products were not taken care. All boxes inside and outside broken.

Why they charged for priority when they took...

I sent my tablet to banglore. They broke it which i came to know from the receiver. I had insurance which is from them only. Its bee. Now 3 months i am calling their customer support team and everytime get answerthat we have escalated your quey you will get a call back today. That today has not arrived since last 3 months. This is fraud company they dont respect to your customer....

Hi i had a parcel to be delivered from punjab to bangalore including total of 7 items. While includes led tv, refrigerator, washing machine, grinder, rice, oil can, and home groceries.

Out of which they have delivered only 5 items with led tv broke and oil can groceries still not delivered.

My shipment (D[protected] is out for delivery on 6th march at 9am. Receiver is waiting for the parcel as it is very emergency. But at the end of the day they didn't deliver the call and mentioned address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)

This is the first time i'm using dtdc & this is the worst experience i ever had with any courier. Service is too poor that it's totally unacceptable. There are hand full of complaints to claim on the way of service you are providing. A package has reached near to its final destination but still undelivered for the past 72 hrs. The response for the customer care was too poor.in tracking status they have updated that the receiver was unavailable...

Today i was visited to your dtdc courier service in juhu church market for courier my mobile to (U p) amroha, dtdc person said it will take 3 to 4 days, ₹850 charges for that!, same thing through dhl ₹550 & it will be delivered next day, when i went to cancelled within 1/2hour, he charged me ₹ 100 for cancellations without receipt or invoice for cancellations and this is not mentioned anywhere?...
