Hello!

This is with reference to my package (Consignment no. : v[protected]. I am really furious and frustrated because of the inconvenience caused to me due to the delay in delivery of my package and false promise by your staff. I was assured my package would be delivered to me the same day and i even paid an extra 450 rupees for the same. Now its been 2 days and i am still waiting for my package to be delivered as promised. I had also like to highlight that your staff at the dehradun centre is completely unprofessional and doesn’t have any work ethics. Please call me asap to resolve tbis matter and i also want a refund of the extra money which i paid for the same day delivery!

the pin code was entered wrong while posting the courier

when they called me for delivery, i have corrected the pin code and they told they will send me to my correct address by considering as misroute.

but after that i observed the status is delivered but i did not recieved it.
D70315617 i am receiver of this consignment and i didn't get the product due to non serviceable area and i want to know how i get my consignment...

    I booked a courier on 06/04/2019 from namakkal, tamilnadu to haythanagar, hyderabad. My shipment id is c88652163. I have written the address of the receiver correctly, also i had mentioned the phone number of the receiver. However, my shipment status is shown as "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". Whether the dtdc will try to deliver again or send the courier back to the sender?

      I have done parcels from bangalore to Pudukkottai, tamilnadu. Its got too late to deliver, one week its took to deliver, its not fair at all, if i am asking they are saying, its out for delivery, or it will be reaching within one day. If i contact, nearest office in native, they are saying its not received at all. In bangalore they are saying, we have sended, in between who made delay, I don't know, to whom i have to question. Customer care also, not at all responding, properly, i have mailed for them also, atleast proper response should be there. And finally what i have received the parcels, bags and suitcases got damaged, and things inside also become collapsed.

        I have done parcel from bangalore to tamilnadu, it tooks more than one week for return, nobody response properly. Even i tried for customer care also, i have received a auto reply message, after that there is no response from them also. And tracking number is not at all working only. If i am asking those persons, they are saying, no its out for delivery. If i am calling Bangalore they are saying, we have sended, my native they are saying, we have not received yet. In between who has made delay, I don't know, if i am asking my native office, they are saying, what we can do sir. And my parcels received with full damage, inside things and all collapsed, even with my dresses i kept some things also, everything collapsed and damaged my dresses also. Bags and all became very worst

          I have done 2 parcels one from bangalore to pattukkottai, and another one from, bangalore to pudukkottai, i have done on march 31st 2019. Maximum it will take 2 days, not more than that, and they charged so costly. After 2 days i am continuously calling to the customer call center, email also, there is no response, and my tracking no also it has came invali, if i am calling bangalore they are saying, it has reached, if i am asking my native place, ther are saying its not at all reached. Very worst service, now last two days tracking no is working, and it showing booked on april 5th, thats too fake. And our parcels reached today only, my suitcase and all broken, and some other bags i have kepted some things, everything became collapsed. They have not handled properly, due to that my bags also became worst, and inside the dresses and things, everything became spoiled.

            My family parcel me a mobile phone through DTDC service which was stolen in between and i did not get it till now. someone stolen the mobile and put a stone in place of that when delivery boy come to me i refused to accept that parcel beacause the packet was damaged and opened .. when delivery boy open it in front of me then we found a stone in place of mobile. i called the region office Hyderabad but their response is poor they were misguiding me by saying that it was not their mistake .The packet has to be delivered from Saharanpur branch to Hyderabad which is not delivered till now.
            my mobile is stolen and its your company responsibility to deliver the product safely. I want my mobile phone back as soon as possible

              Respected Sir/Madam

              This is to bring in your kind attention that I had booked an article through DTDC EXPRESS LIMITED, BOOTH NO - 68, BASEMENT OF AXIS BANK, PHASE -6, MOHALI, PUNJAB on 24th December 2018 to New Delhi. Docket no. For the booking is - Z82512289, which is untracebale on the website. It was suppose to reach by 27th December, as told by the owner of the branch. However they misplaced the article and could find till now. I tried to communicate many times to find out my article and finally they told me that it is lost and we cannot do anything regarding this. In this regard I send them a proper legal notice which they received as well and behaved badly with me after that and stopped the conversation as well. Till now there is no support from the courier service which is unacceptable.
              Hence I have raised a complaint in NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM. The complaint docket no. is - 1249698.
              This is for your kind information and necessary action.

                Hi. I had purchased s9 plus last year in march and along with it i was sold additional warranty that covers screen damages liquid pilferage and other such damages which are not covered in normal warranty. I paid approx 500 dhs for it.
                I have been actually cheated by the sales representative as in the first place this not a warranty, it's insurance. Second they told me that in case of such damages they repair it for free which is not the case. Alliance is charging a service fee of 210 dhs. Thirdly they said if you don't want to repair it, you can pay 500 dhs more and take a new device. However, the fact is that it is not me who decides repair or replacement.

                I need the commitment to be fulfilled as this the second case of this kind.

                      On 26th march item was booked at chengalpet and on 29th march it has been reached to suryapet branch (Based on dtdc track system enquiry). The suryapet branch is 50 km far away from my address. But, still the item was not received.

                        Respected sir,
                        Regarding my consignment no z98526297 of dtdc courier service. The item was not delivered at my destination stating there is no service at my address. Then why was my courier accepted on that address from the sender. The courier boy informs me to collect the courier 12 kms away from my residence in 10 mins despite me paying the full courier charges till my residence. I had to travel a distance of 12 kms to collect the courier since it was my daughters book. If dtdc courier had not accepted the parcel the company could have chosen some other source to deliver the item. The local company owner also replies that there is no service on the pin code but if no service why accepted the parcel. The amount of pain caused to me is not acceptable from such a reputed courier service. The above has occurred to me couple of times. Thank you.

                          I have sent a courier to rangampeta, tirupati on 4-4-19. But i did'nt recieved my courier but when i tracked my courier in internet it is showing that the delivery is successful. My consignment no:h86853154. When i went to the courier office in tirupati they gave a no. Of delivery boy:[protected]. But it is out of coverage area. My name is santhosha mounika. The courier has to be delivered to sree vidyanikethan hostels, lumbini block, room no:705. It is very valuable courier for me. Dtdc is a fraud courier team if it don't return my courier.

                            Had registered a box of medicines from pune to dahod via dtdc lite service, didn't receive response on the same for 8 days and finally the package is processed for return after 11days. Now the company realises they cant deliver package at doorstep and asked us for pickup. The package consists of important medicines and this is total waste of our time and money. Plus the person who is waiting for medicines had to suffer. Please pay for the delay caused/ deliver the product.
                            We paid 400+ rupees for the same along with medicine bottles in case any damage is done.

                              My name is arvind kumar nonia.i delivered a mobile phone to my elder brother whose is in ghaziabad uttar pradesh.mobile set company is samsung .purchased at 12900 .important document, charger and cover flip.i delivered this mobile box on 1st april from haldia city centre west bengal 721657 to dream big financial g 4 ist floor indra enclave sadarpur road govindpuram ghaziabad 201013.he charged 520 rupees .but on 3 april i tracked and find that box delivered to sahiabad destination .i call on saturday to ghaziabad hub she said to me that your box is sent to wrong destination.she want time to find your box and register my complain and said me call on monday.but on when i call other man said that your box was not found.so talk to haldia where you delivered.but on talking to haldia dtdc courier office he say that your box is lost .i already complain to national consumer .complain no. is 1247052.please search my mobile box. and deliver to me.

                                  This is to bring to your notice gross negligence on your company's part regarding courier being reported lost by you.
                                  I had sent a courier on 22nd February (Tracking no. Z[protected] from your Khirki Extension Office, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi to P.O. Nehru Gram Dehradun containing important papers to our lawyer. After a week when I got to know that the packet has not reached, I contacted your office about the same, for which i was told that the packet has been delivered. After confirmation from the recepient that the courier has not reached them, I again contacted the office for which I got the reply that we are searching. After repeated calls and enquiry, i was told after more than a month that the packet has been lost and we cannot do anything. Such Careless behavior is uncalled for. This utter negligence cannot be tolerated. The courier had very important papers for which I need to be compensated.

                                    Courier (courier no: h[protected] has not receiced when I called to dtdc they are saying delivered on 4th Apr 2019 and given to watchman. Later I went to dtdc office and I enquired about my courier, finally they are saying it has given to other apartememt watchman. I have given proper address and phone no for delivery. simply they have delivered to wrong address and their is no information to me.
                                    Still I have not received my courier when I call to dtdc, they are saying today they will do the delivery to my address.

                                    Their is proper response from the team. Plz take necessary action.

                                    Still their is no update from dtdc team even after raising the complaint also.

                                    Taking very litly for the customer compliments and this is not the good sign
                                    I have booked my Parcel on dated 26.03.2019 from DTDC Courier Arwal more Jehanabad Bihar-804408 to Pune B-1, 505 Dreams Estate Handewadi Road, Hadapsar Pune-411028, But not Parcel not received as on till date.

                                      The product was couriered on 3rd April, 2019 in express . It supposed to be reached after two days of the product submitted (5th April). Yet it didn't reach . I tried contacting the nearby dtdc, the declined receiving any courier but in tracking ID, it's shown it's out for delivery.
                                      After the two days, Saturday was Maharashtra new yr and Sunday .
                                      Today Monday, when I called dtdc near me, they not even picking up and no update in tracking schedule.

                                      Is this the way how dtdc works ? So irresponsible!

                                      No one knows where is the parcel also when contacted the courier.
                                      Such a shame !!

                                        I courierEd from Surat to thirunelveli but it's misrouted to thanjavur . again it's transit to thirunelveli but it's not reached the place they didn't call to the consignee they not call to from address person but they didn't do it. Why we are giving from address person phone number. its returning to Surat again. Parcel is transit approximately 8-9 days. It's very worst response I never treat from any services.
