I have booked my courier on dtdc at 8 april at 11 am the delivery is yet to be done on 12 april and there is no where i can complain all they say is it happens, they charged 140/- for flight charges and cannot deliver in 5 days.

Whenever i asked what is happening they say it will be delivered tommorow and then they just bang the phone. It showed in darya ganj for 4 days when i asked to give my courier back then also they declined

    I am army officer currently on nashik. I have courier a prasel containing 7 sare with 1 pocket purse of ladies. The prasel was done on the day of 1st april in the dtdc of nashik. First problem was that the deliver took more than a week. And the major problem came when the prasel was delivered with the item containing only 5 sare and 1 purse. It was found out that 2 of sare were missing out. I request dtdc to come up with solution and get back the item. I dont have much time because my nephew who received it is going back to nepal. So, dtdc company, please work out for the solution. Else i dont have a way out except to get the help from the indian army and government which result may effect the company prestige. So, i request dtdc to work it out. My consignment number is d48183051. I request company to get bacl the item else refund the amountpf missing piece. The total refunding amount is
    Rs 11000. Thank you!!

    its already been more than 20 day . everystaff is bypassing the issue.No one is properly responding to my case.
    i have send more than 5 mail and no reply .After the complain was put up, till now only one replying mail was send by them which was after calling every day.And now they are trying to bypassing the issue .I thought india was a country where an army is respected and not fraud .I came from foreign, I am an army officer came to india for the diplomatic military and government relation.And because of the frauding and neglecting behaviour shown by DTDC company, the whole image of india will not be good .I want this issue to be clear else, i will go through media and court along with indian army, and this lead to nothing but the negative image on every aspect of india because of such fraud done by DTDC conmpany. My view on india was so much high and good .
    Take this issue seriously.
    no reply from the company and company is not picking up phone . Is this what you do to a army personal .No respect . It feel bad to see this .

      Hi this is vishweshwar from shamshabad... I have done a courier parcel to usa on 8 april with consignment reference number n20788710. Today is 12 and status is still in transit delay... The office person promised me that it will deliever on 11 april but the status is the same i. E in transit delay from 2 days... Its and urgent parcel... How come dtdc take this much time?? I have very much urgency.. I have paid 2200 for the courier parcel in which i have just send a 5 paper document... Please make sure when my parcel will be delievered...

        My package dated 4/04/2019 with consignment number z94463038 is not delivered by the company. It is showing the package is held up at the facility. I want the package to be delivered immediately. Your service not satisfactory at all and you should improve your service. It should have been delivered way back but i dont know why have you held up the package.

          I have sent an article to bangalore to reach with in 24 hrs. Next day a message was received from dtdc that article reached at 12.08 pm. Even after much more time it could not be delivered to the concerned on the same night the person went to us. The purpose is defeated due to the negligence / lethergic manner. On enquiry on 10th april the article is reached by 12.57 pm. Hence, i request you to send the persons who is responsible for the consequences urgently.

          Article registered number is V52778636.The same was informed through costomer care on 9th and 10th April.Some of the dtdc persons are replying recklessly and harshly.I have to know the persons who is responsible for the negligence and lethergic manner urgently.

          Dear sir, Since, the receiving person went to US on 9th night . It is requested to return the article to the address. But, inspire of returning the article, the same is delivered to the unknown person.It is very displeasure to note that, the dtdc persons doesn't want the costomer service and they are acting as their will a d wish.Hence, my request is to sort out the persons who are negligent / irresponsible and punish them. Urgent action is solicited.

            I have sent some medicalim insurance claim documents from navi mumbai via tracking id m74156042, which being sent from mahape, mumbai on 09 apr 2019.

            It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

            The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached delhi on 11th april itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

            It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc and some phone numbers shifting is going on & i am unable to contact customer care.

              The dtdc office gumtala amritsar refused to deliver the package tracking number k18382830 saying we are out of their delivery network. I m situated just under 4 kms from their office... I[censored] r not going to give door to door delivery why does your company take the packages. This has been a consistent problem just with your company. Its inconvenient to go to your every time someone sends a package through your courier service... Its pathetic... Not expected from company likes dtdc

                My consignment with tracking no[protected] was shipped from perth to new delhi 10 days back. Before sending the luggage i weighed it was 13 kg so i paid aud 170 but 2 days later i was asked to 53 aud more as they said there was a discrepancy in weight which i did not understand as my luggage was under the limit of 15 kg but still i paid. At the time of filling the documents i asked your agents that my luggage has all the used and old things so there is no value of it beacuse all of them are worn many times likes clothes and slippers but they said i cant write nil value in declaration so ishould write any random amount but they will not charge any customs on it as this is old stuff. Now 2 days back i received a call from dtdc to pay inr 7000 for customs. I mean are you guys cheating and misguiding people? I sent that luggage because it was excess baggage so i thought if i take it along with me it will cost me more on flight so i considered your company. But you have increased it to that level which is not even the cost of the whole luggage. I feel like a stupid to give you my luggage. It has nothing in it apart from the used clothes and slippers why should i pay 20000 inr to get it here. I clearly asked your agents that it has nothing new so are your sure there wont be any problem in india she said just write that it has used and old stuff and put a random value in it now your agent in india says why did i put a value over it when it was old ans used. Whom do you want me to listen to, your agent in australia or india, because one of them dont know their jobs clearly and i will not become a stupid if someone else has done a mistake. So please send my bags as i am not going to pay for your mistake.

                  I was expecting a consignment in varthur (Bangalore) from electronic city (Bangalore) via tracking id b63121093 and b63120715, which being sent from electronic city on 1st april & 10 april 2019 respectively.. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

                  I have ordered baby food and almost waiting from past 10 days.

                  In karkala your courier service is on of the worst and worstest ... They are not recieving cals also .. In July I have one parcel broken by your negligence worth 3200rs ... That amount also not claimed

                  I have called all the numbers but no response and so far not delivered.
                  I contacted HO head at Indore on [protected] but he does not lift the phone.

                    I have booked a courier from calcutta to jaipur, the tracking id is k31317083. This was booked on 9/04/2019 and 2 days later still no data available while tracking it. Kindly help as this consignment is very urgent to be delivered. Trying to call the dtdc but to no avail as not able to connect with the phone number given in the reciept. Kindly do the needful and get the courier delivered. Thanks.

                      My courier was shipped on 30/03/2019 from Bhiwadi to Bhopal.And from 11 days i have been waiting for my courier .The status was transit for last 10 days we have complaint 220 to 25 times by customer care phone but not any positive response is in your side, who is the responsible for this type of silly mistake why not received the shipment till date,
                      please give positive replay asap otherwise we are going to consumer form.
                      we deals lots of customer but this type awareness customer not seen in my 35 years carrier.

                        My courier was shipped on 04/04/2019 from coimbatore to bangalore. And from 3 days i have been waiting for my courier. The status was out for delivery for 2 daays and finally they have updated the status to undelivered (Receiver not available).

                        My mobile has signal all the time and if any calls comes when there is no signal, i get a message saying that i had a missed call.

                        But i never got any call or message...

                        Have courier some garments through dtdc services. But officers are rude and not up to the mark, even they are not bothering that we are on the other side of the phone and they put the phone off or talk like a un-litrate people. If we ring again than they not pick up or if they pick up than very rudely say, it will deliver soon. Even you paid extra money for the same. Very pathetic service.

                          This is with reference to my package (Consignment no. : v[protected]. I am really furious and frustrated because of the inconvenience caused to me due to the delay in delivery of my package and false promise by your staff. I was assured my package would be delivered to me the same day and i even paid an extra 450 rupees for the same. Now its been 2 days and i am still waiting for my package to be delivered as promised. I had also like to highlight that your staff at the dehradun centre is completely unprofessional and doesn’t have any work ethics. Please call me asap to resolve tbis matter and i also want a refund of the extra money which i paid for the same day delivery!

                          when they called me for delivery, i have corrected the pin code and they told they will send me to my correct address by considering as misroute.

                          but after that i observed the status is delivered but i did not recieved it.
                          D70315617 i am receiver of this consignment and i didn't get the product due to non serviceable area and i want to know how i get my consignment...

                            I booked a courier on 06/04/2019 from namakkal, tamilnadu to haythanagar, hyderabad. My shipment id is c88652163. I have written the address of the receiver correctly, also i had mentioned the phone number of the receiver. However, my shipment status is shown as "not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)". Whether the dtdc will try to deliver again or send the courier back to the sender?

                              I have done parcels from bangalore to Pudukkottai, tamilnadu. Its got too late to deliver, one week its took to deliver, its not fair at all, if i am asking they are saying, its out for delivery, or it will be reaching within one day. If i contact, nearest office in native, they are saying its not received at all. In bangalore they are saying, we have sended, in between who made delay, I don't know, to whom i have to question. Customer care also, not at all responding, properly, i have mailed for them also, atleast proper response should be there. And finally what i have received the parcels, bags and suitcases got damaged, and things inside also become collapsed.

                                I have done parcel from bangalore to tamilnadu, it tooks more than one week for return, nobody response properly. Even i tried for customer care also, i have received a auto reply message, after that there is no response from them also. And tracking number is not at all working only. If i am asking those persons, they are saying, no its out for delivery. If i am calling Bangalore they are saying, we have sended, my native they are saying, we have not received yet. In between who has made delay, I don't know, if i am asking my native office, they are saying, what we can do sir. And my parcels received with full damage, inside things and all collapsed, even with my dresses i kept some things also, everything collapsed and damaged my dresses also. Bags and all became very worst

                                  I have done 2 parcels one from bangalore to pattukkottai, and another one from, bangalore to pudukkottai, i have done on march 31st 2019. Maximum it will take 2 days, not more than that, and they charged so costly. After 2 days i am continuously calling to the customer call center, email also, there is no response, and my tracking no also it has came invali, if i am calling bangalore they are saying, it has reached, if i am asking my native place, ther are saying its not at all reached. Very worst service, now last two days tracking no is working, and it showing booked on april 5th, thats too fake. And our parcels reached today only, my suitcase and all broken, and some other bags i have kepted some things, everything became collapsed. They have not handled properly, due to that my bags also became worst, and inside the dresses and things, everything became spoiled.

                                    My family parcel me a mobile phone through DTDC service which was stolen in between and i did not get it till now. someone stolen the mobile and put a stone in place of that when delivery boy come to me i refused to accept that parcel beacause the packet was damaged and opened .. when delivery boy open it in front of me then we found a stone in place of mobile. i called the region office Hyderabad but their response is poor they were misguiding me by saying that it was not their mistake .The packet has to be delivered from Saharanpur branch to Hyderabad which is not delivered till now.
                                    my mobile is stolen and its your company responsibility to deliver the product safely. I want my mobile phone back as soon as possible

                                      This is to bring in your kind attention that I had booked an article through DTDC EXPRESS LIMITED, BOOTH NO - 68, BASEMENT OF AXIS BANK, PHASE -6, MOHALI, PUNJAB on 24th December 2018 to New Delhi. Docket no. For the booking is - Z82512289, which is untracebale on the website. It was suppose to reach by 27th December, as told by the owner of the branch. However they misplaced the article and could find till now. I tried to communicate many times to find out my article and finally they told me that it is lost and we cannot do anything regarding this. In this regard I send them a proper legal notice which they received as well and behaved badly with me after that and stopped the conversation as well. Till now there is no support from the courier service which is unacceptable.
                                      Hence I have raised a complaint in NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM. The complaint docket no. is - 1249698.
                                      This is for your kind information and necessary action.
