We have booked a parcel from cochin to destination trivendrum against booking no d46799764 on 11/10/2018. When we have tracked next day noon it has been showing out for delivery. But the notification has been changed in evening to receiver not available.in actual case the receiver is available 24x7 in site. Still now on 15th october 2018 and the tracking shows receiver not available. When we have contacted local branch they asked us to collect the parcel from their office. Requesting to support us. The parcel is very urgent to us and please deliver to the booked destination without further delay. We have booked the parcel as door delivery and we are having no provisions to collect the same from your local franchisee in trivendrum. Hopes for instant support from dtdc.

I have given very urgent courier parcel to adipur dtdc office and asked him that he is having courier address services or not, dtdc representative reply that they are having service in rawatbhata (Kota) area service and my courier deliver within 3 days of time and representative ensure me about courier delivery. But on saturday[protected] evening time he reply that they are not having services at rawatbhata and my courier will come back within 2 days from chhitodgadh.

I am very sad that my urgent parcel not delivered by dtdc after giving me promises and for this i have expenses around rs. 450/-.

I wanted to send a gift to my fiance who lives in us through dtdc for his birthday.. So i trusted this company and asked my brother to go to nearest dtdc (Neb sarai, bew delhi, 110068) and get the gift packaged nd sent.. He did accordingly these people charged 1500rs to send the item (Shirt - 2000rs), now its been a month that the package has not been delivered.. It is still in the transit that is what it is written when i tracked it..
I have already sent an feedback message to dtdc but no revert came from their end..
Am going to file a case against them.. This is too much now

I booked shipment to patal ganga mumbai from hyderabad. But stuff reached after 10 days and in broken condition. Induction stove is in pieces and food made in ghee is totally soiled. My shipment number is 45145147.
Even they made my son sk kama to visit warehouse to collect the racquet personally.
I demand my entire consignment amount should be given by dtdc.

I send a courier to pune from nagpur m attaching the imgae when i send and as well how it reach their i ask my client not to take delivery. I want my totall loss by dtdc now. Which is 18, 500 this is the shipment No : D46547070. I made a big mistake chossing dtdc to send my valuable products. Now i will tell whole world with the help of social media how they play with their clients valuable products.. Dtdc the worst courier service o[censored]niverse. I want my complete damage cost.

I am srikanth from bangalore, my autoloan noc is wrongly delivered to some other person. I was expecting noc since long, but recently i came to know from the netbanking that they delivered and when i track it down it is sent to some wrong address and they updated the status as delivered without even informing me on my mobile number that it was delivered.

A courier has been posted from puttur on 7th oct and it had to be delivered on 10th of oct. Unfortunately it wasnt delivered until 13th oct and surprising part is that the courier status was mentioned as receiver requested on later delivery (I need to the telephonic conversation was? As i wasn'taware of that).

I was trying to reach chandanagar dtdc branch, they are very super, almost i tried to call more than 20 times and 10 times number busy with other call.

I believe with these reference i should raise my voice at consumer court.

This is the 2nd reminder but there is no response from franchise. Consignment no - k15208966 from bhadrak to bangalore on 06 october 2018. Till now no delivery of consignment. The consignment consists o[censored]rgent medicine for emergency. Please take it very urgent. I am always contact to franchise but there is no response. Iam fully harassed and no idea to take a medicine for emergency...

On 10th of october, 2018. I sent my parcel from yamunanagar (Haryana). Designation was bathinda (Punjab).
The dtdc employee told me that my consignment will reach on 11th of october, 2018.
Till date my consignment has not reached bathinda. Now while live tracking it's showing that it has reached kolkata (And final designation has also changed to kolkata).
That's an extremely important parcel for me. Please revert back.

I have a important and urgent courier posted at wrong pincode of 522619 which is out for delivery. Its actual delivery pincode is 515801 for sri adi siva sadguru ali saheb ayurvedic medical college, timmapur, guntakal, ananthapur. Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is v49818836. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced. Let me know to [protected] if anything else is required.

Myself rajanikanta sahu made a consignment bearing no - k15208966 on 6 october 2018 from bhadrak to bangalore consists o[censored]rgent medicine. Till now there is no delivery at bangalore, patient very worried because of medicine was unavailable at bangalore. I will contact many times at dtdc franchise but there is no response from the franchise. I will also email at customer support but no action took place. Kindly help the above said matter and solve as soon as possible for emergency due to the patient poor condition...

Diagnostic healthcare related blood sample was dispatched from aiims, new delhi on 21st september. When i checked on 29th september, they tell that it is under transit and has reached the local hub. 4 th october, again i follow up again and they tell me that they sent it some other location as they were not sure of the shipping address. I rasised a complaint on 10th october, and get a call back from their crm executive mr baburam telling...

I couriered a parcel on 6oct2018, till today it’s not delivered and the officers handling the delivery just didn’t respond and they told us we will not deliver it, so you yourself need to collect it.
I’m very disappointed by this behaviour of yours branch and i need to say that i will post all this thing on social media, so that in case else someone not suffer like i did.

Dtdc the worst service provider
I send 2 shipment 1 at bareilly shipment : d45759342 and another one to goa shipment no : d46547065 both the shipment send through mankapur nagpur branch. My both the shipment reach to the party in totally damage condition. At bareily i send a handmade table which reach their in 3 broken pieces. And i send a handmade 3d design for exibition to goa i send in 1 piece and when it reach to goa they handle it in 4 pieces with different packing. What kind of services you all from dtdc providing. Your people play with our costly products. My total damage is rs. 43, 000. I want my money back. When i talk to your people in nagpur dtdc they say we cant do anything sorry. My request to everyone through out india dont use dtdc they play and throw your products like football and when we complain they dont care at all.

My parcel order id a41804052 is processed to return for wrong phone number on 25th sep, 18. Client is not received yet. Any office cannot give information about where is it. There is no update in the tracking site. Guahati and mumbari hub are also irresponsible. They do not give any information. Please update its destination. My friend sent a package from delhi to ghaziabad 10 days have passed no tracking is availaible. I have send sms to [protected] but it also shows invalid data. My docket no is z67114706. The package deliver was very important for me. I want dtdc official to intervene and resolve the issue. None of the customer care is picking up the phone we generally do courier to be sure but if courier companies like dtdc will show this type of irresponsibilities than what consumer will do

I am devika lives in hyderabad.. I send me a parsel on 3rd october from nellore to kavali... Both places are in same district potti sriramulu nellore district and it was not delivered yet. There were very important things in parsel.. And my consignment no is h84328404.. It was stuck in ongole now... I mailed the costumer care but nothing happened. Even nobody picks up the phone and talk to me for these incident.. And if they answered the phone they are using bad words on customer... And personally we went to dtdc courier office they said... Israel was missed and go and complain about me any where... Is it the right way to deal with customers..[protected]

My self prasant kumar having resident at manikjpur korba, i have a courier from patna having destination point at korba whose doc no-k14554669 is reached at korba on 27 september 2018 but till today i cant get my courier to the destination point, when i have called and asked about my courier, why, they have told me that we didnt delivered to manikpur addresss located at korba, 15 days have been past, they can make a call to me, number printed or written on the packet, please take action against it because i didnt get my courier on right time.

Myself mohd rehan, i posted an emergency courier to my home town bisalpur distt pilibhit up 262201 as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delevered within 2 days but its more than 15 days now and courier is still not delevered. My consignment no. Is z26203018. Ever i want to dtdc office in bareilly to knowabout the status of my courier and they did not response good.
Please help me in this issue.
