I had sent a rakhi to my brother in hyderabad. Despatched on 5/8/16. On follow-up it was stated to have been delivered on 8/8/16. Plz note courier takes more than speed post! On enquiry with my brother, it had not been delivered to him. I called new thippasandra franchise from where i had despathched. They gave me hyderabad, bowenpally, dullapally, kompally and also n number of phone numbers, three of which were switched off. Ashok, vijaya, sunil and finally rekha... So many people contacted with no response. They promised to call back with update but till today, it has not been delivered. What use after raksha bandhan is over???

This is in reference to CN No: Z94547938 dated 12.8.16.The courier contained Rakhi and has not been delivered till today i.e.18.8.16.I selected your courier company thinking to be the best but very disappointed.The courier wasfor Greater Noida by DTDC COURIER.

Percel CN No. K88782265. Which is post to Bakla School Danga, P.S Samukhtala, Alipurduar, pin 736206 West Bengal from Ramkrishnapally, Madhyamgram Kolkata 700155 and content rakhi & chocolate is lost by DTDC courier service.
The parcel should be immediatly because recever is waiting for its way

Consignment no - f09926434, courier man not delievered the courier at door step and said that collect the courier at my office and take to me very rudly. This is courier of rakhi . Kindly do something

As above mention consignments i had send via below mention courier on dated 12 aug'16 but both consignments not been delivered yet actual delivery date committed by him on 13 aug'16.

Regarding second consignment i got call on 17 aug'16 ([protected]) & executive told me, we will not delivering consignment on your address if you want delivery visit their office & distance between is 50 km.

Both consignments are rakhees & sending purpose was rakshabadhan but both consignments has not delivered yet so why playing with customer's emotion from dtdc.

I parceled 2 products on 16/8/16. Via dtdc couriers with extra courier charges for faster delivery. Amount rs 230 for each. Regular delivery cost was rs 90. Inspite of this, product not yet delivered. Tracking is :v32241670 and v32241671. Wen contacted no proper reply given. Kindly help in this to take action against courier services for making false promise.

On tuesday evening courier is booked from tadepalligudem to hyderabad. It reached hyderabad hub at 10:33, from hub it forwarded to facility at 2:47. But till now i e., thursday morning 11:00 i didn't get it & when i called to dtdc kothaguda branch they are talking very irresponsibly & they don't even have patience to answer calls

This courier company takes more than a week to deliver couriers between cities that are like 1000 km apart. Adding on to the worst service the customer service people here never pick up the calls neither they reply to mails.
Biggest mistake of life.
It would have been better if i would have gone for indian post. Bad company and bad services. I hope i could go to court to pull them into it for cheating customers.

My name is rashmi dwivedi. I have sent one consignment (Rakhi) on[protected] from dtdc courier (B-36 g. F, jawahar park devli, new delhi-110062) to my bhabhi having address (Flat103, plot135, gyankhand2, indirapuram, 201014, ghaziabad, uttarpradesh). But till now no consignment has been delivered.
Complain mental harsh case with 5 lakh of penalty....

Most useless customer care, no one picks up the call, no reply to any emails, website does not work, nothing works in this third grade third class company...

Better send your courier via speed post rather than this utter courier

Courier has been sent from warangal and patna on 9th august 2016 but till now i have not received a single call. I was trying to call them but no one pick the call. I tried to contact through mail but i have not received the reply.

I have send one product which contains 2 watch and when it was received it only have one watch in it and the box was also broken. I have send this courier from delhi to gurgaon on 16th august and it reach to its destination on 17th august.

Dtdc people are only giving me different different number but no conclusion

I am varun singh my friend send me parcel which carries a shoes on 9th august 2016 in tower 1, amrapali grand zeta, greater noida. On 11th august i have called noida phase 2 dtdc office [protected] and [protected] to mr. Manoj and they said we dont deliever in your area and ask me to come in alpha 1 commrcial belt on 12th august at noon. On that day i have been waiting whole day and person came up with wrong parcel. Again they said sorry and ask me to come next day. On 13th when i called them they they have returned the packet to delhi and ask me to wait untill tuesday as they requestd delhi area to send parcel again. Now on tuesday 16th august they ask me to call on on 17th and now on 17th mr sandeep or sanjeev no. [protected] he abuse me and neglect to give any information regarding my parcel. The shock factor is no dtdc customer phone working properly. My complaint on august 12th case no 02869156 but still no reply from them.

I was promised that my consignment number h54751721 will be delivered by 16th august evening or max by 17th august, however the site shows it has not reached location by 17th august. This is highly unprofessional level of laziness by dtdc. Please do not fool people by false committment and ensure that you deliver on time. Shipment#d29017951 is undelivered from last 16 days.
I sent it from uppal hyderabad to bhopal on 30-jul-2016 and it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days.
I am in constant conversation with dtdc staff who says give us more time.
No one in the dtdc is stating which date the shipment will be delivered.

I request you to please help me solving the problem, please.

Rakhi sent through dtdc from chiranjiv vihar, ghaziabad to gurgaon on august 8, 2016 has not been delivered even after 8 days. All contact numbers are busy to answer. After paying rs75/- for a letter, there is no responsibility of the company. Either the letter be delivered by today evening or refund money.

No future transaction with you. Poor customer service.
