We have Contacted Panja gutta DTDC Courier through this contact No [protected] but they are unable to provide status and Parcel was Courired to Malkapet Area according to them.and gave Several contact no for tracking but they are unable to provide status. 1)[protected] 2)[protected] 3)[protected] Docket was booked in guntur on 22-july-15(Docket NO:H[protected] for Kairatabad area.it has to be delivered on 23-july-15. but we have not received the parcel till now.. let us know the parcel status

Myself RAM NIWAS (DURGA MARBLES) from BOBBILI AP, My family member sent a courier through DTDC SACHIN, SURAT branch in GUJRAT on 15/07/2015 to my address in BOBBILI.But as of now i have not received my courier from DTDC and i have contacted DTDC office in HYD office both landline and Mobile but they are no repy (i contanct hyd becoz tracking report at HYD continue to 17/7/15 to now 24/7/15), when we booked couier, they are told delevery time 3-4 days it means 15/7 + 3/4days= 18/19 july 2015 and i think my my courier not received me next 3 or 4 days what seems DTDC

My parcel (DTDC ref no-M[protected] from my company returned back as they claim no such address.
Matter of the Fact
1. I have written full postal address with my mobile number.
2. My given address is only 1 km from local DTDC office.
3.no telephone call made to my given Mobil number.
4. I even enquired personally to the local DTDC office.
5.Inactive DTDC helpline.

Retuning of my parcel which is happened to be document related to my visa application caused me damage.

On 18 July 2015 I Gave one parcel to DTDC in Rohini Sector 14 to send in Delhi Only . It was supposed to reach at destination on 13 July 2015. When Parcel was not received I called DDTC office they told me there is problem in their system it will take time and please send your parcel detail via sms to them which i did. Today (23 july 2015 i got a call from DTDC office they are saying we lost the parcel and it will not delivered. I asked to refund the value of parcel..He (DTDC executive ) said i am service boy i can't do this then i replied give your manager number or ask him to call me. Nobody call me . CN.NO 6Z6179384

this parcel was sent from Mohali to my add in Gurgaon on 12 July and shown in your tracker having been delivered on 15 July, but I have not received it till date. complaint to your local branch in vyapar kender[protected] gave no result. they said it was delivered at wrong add, but i am yet to get the parcel. I had sent a parcel from Mangalore to Gurgaon under AWB - B21017097 on 13th July 2015. It reached Delhi apex on 15th July. Since then there is no sign of my parcel. Neither its delivered nor the status is updated on your site. Its been 7-8 days and you people cannot deliver a parcel from Delhi to Gurgaon then that is really shameful. Moreover the best part is why you people have given customer support number as no one ever answers the calls ? I want you to deliver it as soon as possible or else i'll file a case in consumer court very soon.

The worst courier service I have ever encountered. Better late than never, this company should wind up or Govt should enforce unethical service providers to pull down their shutters. I booked a letter to be delivered from Jammu city on 14 july 2015 (consignment number Z[protected] to be delivered at office at Parliament street, New Delhi. The letter is yet to be delivered after 8 days. DTDC website since 15 july shows "Out for delivery". Have been following the issue with them on phone with delhi office and more than a dozen visits to their Jammu outlet. DTDC dealing persons, as per them, are trying to find out the correct position. It is not only frustrating but also utterly non-professional way of handling the customers. My personal request to all those who read this comment is to never deal with DTDC and also spread this word widely to help common people falling prey to these unprofessional and unethical service providers. Kesari tours sent me a courier consignment number M22144352 thru DTDC courier on 14 Jul 15. However it was returned although correct address was provided. Inspite of repeated complaints the consignement cant be traced. This guy from Shimoga Kiran (mob [protected]) is also lost and cant provide any solution.

There was a shipment which was made on Saturday, 18th July 2015 from Dombivli via DTDC Plus (an elite courier service provided by DTDC) and it was supposed to reach Nanded on Monday, 20th July, 2015 as informed by the local courier center in Dombivli. After talking to the DTDC officials on Monday regarding this matter, they said that being a holiday on 18th July, the shipment was not able to process on 18th. So they said that the shipment will be received to me by Tuesday, 21st July. But after repeated follow ups, the shipment is not received to me till date. It is a good for nothing company which claims that they are best courier company in the world, but they are no way close to good

The Company Consignment has booked on dated[protected], and it has reached on dated[protected] to Dubai. Consignment No. is N95866937. From that date it has not delivered to our Fujairah Office, UAE. Now your management is telling it is not traceable. Why? Request to deliver the Consignment a soon as possible.

Hi, I availed DTDC courier services for delivering some of my important/necessary stuffs to Jhargram, West Medinipur on on 8th Jul, 2015.On that particular time I was convinces that my belongings will be delivered withing 5 days.So as pet their assurance it should have been delivered on/before 14th Jul, 2015 but still it is undelivered to the destination.While contacting to the DTDC destination branch (i.e. Kharagpur) they refused to take any responsibilities on the issue moreover the ay clearly told me they can't tell any specific time when the delivery will be made (due to some issue from their end).I called the DTDC customer care several times but could not get any response from them(call was not received).I made the full payment of INR 2310 on 8th Jul itself and having the copy of the invoice.Please suggest on this so that I can get back my stuffs safe. Sir my name is Nitish Kumar and i have booked a parcel of 38 kgs from Bihar Sharif nalanda to Jammu J&K (Postal code from 803101 to 180004) by DTDC courier which is the most safest service in India as i know, At the time of delivery i found that item in totally broken and damaged condition and i have put the remarks in receiving paper same. At the time of booking he has told me that we will indicate that this parcel contains music system...

Hi team, I have multiple complaints against DTDC couriers. I have tracking num DTDC - B22590634, the tracking team says it is delivered. I have not received the parcel. The customer care executives are so very rude, no response on emails. This is the worst courier company.

I had booked a post on 19 June at your booking office in Kaushambi (Ghaziabad) vide docket No. Z59142416 addressed to the following: Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Railway Board Room No.5, RTI Cell, Rail Bhavan Rafi Marg, New Delhi -110 001 However, when it did not reach the addressee, I enquired online through your website that the package could not be delivered due to shifting of address by the recipient. This is a total nonsense on the part of your company. I had sent another post to the same address through another courier just two weeks before and it reached successfully in reasonable time. Then how is it possible that a government office shifted to another location within just two weeks. I am sure that your delivery person did not take the pain to go out of his office to deliver the post and just marked the reason for non-delivery sitting in his air-conditioned office. There was very crucial documents in the post which has not been delivered by your company even in a month due to which I have suffered huge losses. The cause of much more harassment is that your company did not even take the pain to give me a call so that I could collect my packet despite of the fact that I had given my full address and mobile number on the envelope. Even more, when I visited the booking office today evening, the personnel there were behaving as if there had occurred nothing serious. I can not imagine how a reputed company like yours can be so insensitive to its duties. Your company not only irresponsibly refused to deliver a very very crucial post citing wrong reasons, but also it failed in informing me its inability to deliver the packet. It was I who initiated enquiry about the delivery when I did not receive a reply from the addressee in one month. A responsible person of the company must visit the above mentioned address of Railway Board and enquire if the address has really shifted out. Due to negligence on the part of your company, I have suffered huge losses and I will take every step to recover it from your company. I am going to file a suit in court of law for a damage of Rs. 5 lacs against your company this week itself in case I don't hear satisfactory assurance from a responsible officer in your company.

A Parcel was booked on 16/5/15 at DTDC, Vandalur, Kelambakkam Road, Chennai office vide Consignment No.D22416455 for delivery to Kushal Kumar Gupta, 16 Office Lane, West Bank of Melarmath Dighi, PO-Agartala, Tripura (West), PIN-799001, Mob. No.[protected]. But after 2 months it remains undelivered to its destination. Wrote several letters to different DTDC offices, over phone, got reply "we are helpless Sir". Tracking history shows it has been delivered to Jammu ! Please bring it back and deliver it to the actual person immediately. Different times contacted with your "Pothari Sorting Office at Chennai" - they are not cooperating inspite of their mistake. Try to contact several days with Jammu office No. [protected]. But failed because nobody is bother to receive the telephone call. Other two mobile nos. of Jammu office are always switch off position. Now what to do. Hope you could realise my condition. Please do something immediately.

I booked my parcel through DTDC courier Mahipalpur Branch. On 26 Jun 15 i received my parcel consignment no. D22194918 in bidar. All the four parcels were in very bad condition among them one cartoon is totally damaged. It was re packed in a plastic rag by dtdc. When i checked the items i found my some cloths missing. My one jaceket and one ladies jacket are missing whereas one blanket is taken out from its cover and is totally wet. I made online complaint with dtdc customer care vide complaint no. 00483744. Till date no response has been received from dtdc.

Please take the necessary steps so that I can receive the parcel immediately because it contains valuable books, Research papers and documents. Hope you will understand the urgency and take it seriously.

DTDC Reference number - V23612107. I can not believe that DTDC is such a crooked and cheater company. They have out rightly stole our goods and denied delivery with a false alibi. How a courier company do like this. They open our package and stole the goods. My Father-in-law has sent me with lots of sentimental value and paid extra to deliver it faster. Package arrived at Bangalore from Lucknow and got held up here without delivery. We have to sue this company for stealing our goods and tormenting us at sentimental level. It has caused mental stress.
