Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Bineesh, Below mentioned courier was dispatched from source location in 17th July and as per dtdc tracking it has reached dtdc madiwala office (Bangalore) on 22nd but they have not delivered the same to me. Tried to contact all available dtdc numbers and emails, but response was pathetic. DTDC AWB : Z61152713 / DTDC complaint No: 00593197. Kindly do the needful. Regards, Bineesh P.V.

This is Sridhar from Chirala, prakasam district. I was told by my brother that DTDC Courier people ask us to come to their office and collect the consignment.This time it happened to me I happened to get a consignment with AWB NO:Z59069834, and i was asked to come to their office to collect it. when I asked him to come to my place and deliver the consignment, your representative( owner of the branch ) said that they don't have service in the specified address. My home is in the middle of CHIRALA Town.Actually your people should have delivered the consignment at recipient's door rather than asking them to come to your office.If you are unable to do that, you people should have told that 'we don't don't have service at the specified address.I feel its much better to move to SPPED POST rather than going for your service.

I have sent a parcel to India of two boxes (total weight 52lbs) with DTDC through broker Smartsave with tracking no N96026845 on 17th July 2015 from location 2120, North Park Drive-Brampton. Parcel received today at right address but with following items missing in the parcel: • Two packets of sarees from box no 2 • Two sets of ladies suits • 3 pieces of Tops • 1 piece of Short I have checked the total weight of parcel received and it is 20.5 kilos against sent QTY of 23.8 kilos. Also as I mentioned that both boxes were shrink wrapped and were also carrying Dtdc marked taped at time of delivery but boxes were damaged inside as shown in attached pictures. I am sure that the parcel was damaged during transit and to protect ot was wrapped. At time of dispatch I checked with Sia and she told me that boxes will go as such and no more wrapping will be done. Please see attached pic. As a client we have a lot of satisfaction with services of Smartsave and DTDC and expect that our complain will be taken up on priority. Please find attached some pictures of received parcel and stuffs.

I received a courier which was sent to me from Ludhiana from Mr. Inder. I had ordered a watch and a belt from his store (rout to trends) I recieved the courier on 20th July 2015. When I opened the box I only found the belt in it but no watch. I immediately called Mr. Inder to inform about this. To my surprise he told me that he had sent both the things in the same box. From that day I am following up with him asking him to enquire but he has been telling me the same things that he had sent both together and he doesn't know anything about it. I am stuck up in between as I don't know who is at fault, whether it's him or dtdc. My shipment number is Z61388203. I had spent 2500 for the watch which I did not find in the box. I would be really happy if I can get to know the actual status that whether that person had sent it or not or he is just fooling me.

Dear Concern, On 14th July I sent some ayurvedic medicine to my father via DTDC (from Delhi to Odisha) . CN No.is Z59691002. More than a week it was not delivered to destination (Sambalpur)-that I checked online. Again after few days when I check it shows "returned -house locked". On my reuest my father went yesterday to local DTDC and inquire and one of the officer say "don't worry -it will be deliver by today". On further inquiry they say it was back to Delhi again. Today is 28th of July, 15 -overall 2weeks.It was a very bad experience with DTDC. Thanks, Swagat [protected]

I sent a packet for delivery in Delhi. I was told that the packet would get delivered in maximum 2 days. After 2 days when I inquired about my packet, the customer care was not aware of the status. The parcel was urgent and DTDC took a lot of time in delivering it. Its branches and distribution centers do not not coordinate well.

I then had to call dtdc offices in Noida, and Chattarpur, since even after raising a complaint in customer care, no one was bothered to track the parcel. After 6 days the parcel got returned because the receiver, as he had flown to some other country and my purpose of sending the parcel failed. This is really disgusting.

The packet took more than 6 days to reach its destination address in Delhi... what a failed service!!!

Now the parcel has been returned, it has not yet (till date) reached to its sender. I don't know where they have lost it... I want to take this matter up to the higher management as customer care as well as branch people do not listen.

Please avoid using DTDC service. It has AWFUL service.

I want to register a complain against your customer executives who are neither responding to my call nor giving me exact information of my parcel delivery. First of all register a complain against bangalore customer executives whom i called at 2:45, 2:37 and at around 12:00 pm from no. [protected].
2 and thing, my parcel contains a ear phone bearing consignment no. Z45518625 hasn't been delivered but status is showing delivered. I registered a complain on 29 th june but none of dtdc customer executives registered it and lied to me that they have registered.

A percel was booked from Kelambakkam, Vandalour, Chennai DTDC Branch on 16th May, 2015 for Agartala, Tripura, PIN-799001. But 2 months have passed the parcel not reached to its destination. I tried my level best to contact DTDC Offices at Chennai, SRM Pothari Office, Sorting Office but got no result. Tracking history shows that the parcel has been delivered to Jammu. I do not understand how it is possible. Agartala is North East and Jammu is North West. Jammu DTDC office is not receiving any phone call. Now question is that what to do, how I will get my parcel? Please take it seriously, because I am writing so many E-mails to different Offices of DTDC and Customer Care of DTDC, but got no result. What a funny Customer Care !!! Now a days any complaint is taking seriously by all the govt. deptts., corporate offices, pvt. companies and resolve it within 24 to 36 hours. But in my case even after a loss of 2 (two) months your (Customer Care) response is very very very poor. Please do some thing immediately.

Dear Sir, Tracking No.: P33068428 My friend had sent me a courier about 19 days back- Origin: KHARADI - PUNE Booking Date Monday, July, 06, 2015 Status DELIVERED Destination: INDORE Status Date Thu, Jul, 09, 2015 04:40 PM --- It says delivered but it was not delivered to me. I followed it with the company but they did not respond. Instead they show me their delivery sheet which shows the signatures of my Security Guard, which is actually a forgery because I for a fact know that my security guard signs in english.

Myself RAM NIWAS (DURGA MARBLES) from BOBBILI AP, My family member sent a courier through DTDC SACHIN, SURAT branch in GUJRAT on 15/07/2015 to my address in BOBBILI.But as of now i have not received my courier from DTDC and i have contacted DTDC office in HYD office both landline and Mobile but they are no repy (i contanct hyd becoz tracking report at HYD continue to 17/7/15 to now 24/7/15), when we booked couier, they are told delevery time 3-4 days it means 15/7 + 3/4days= 18/19 july 2015 and i think my my courier not received me next 3 or 4 days what seems DTDC

My parcel (DTDC ref no-M[protected] from my company returned back as they claim no such address.
Matter of the Fact
1. I have written full postal address with my mobile number.
2. My given address is only 1 km from local DTDC office.
3.no telephone call made to my given Mobil number.
4. I even enquired personally to the local DTDC office.
5.Inactive DTDC helpline.

Retuning of my parcel which is happened to be document related to my visa application caused me damage.

On 18 July 2015 I Gave one parcel to DTDC in Rohini Sector 14 to send in Delhi Only . It was supposed to reach at destination on 13 July 2015. When Parcel was not received I called DDTC office they told me there is problem in their system it will take time and please send your parcel detail via sms to them which i did. Today (23 july 2015 i got a call from DTDC office they are saying we lost the parcel and it will not delivered. I asked to refund the value of parcel..He (DTDC executive ) said i am service boy i can't do this then i replied give your manager number or ask him to call me. Nobody call me . CN.NO 6Z6179384

this parcel was sent from Mohali to my add in Gurgaon on 12 July and shown in your tracker having been delivered on 15 July, but I have not received it till date. complaint to your local branch in vyapar kender[protected] gave no result. they said it was delivered at wrong add, but i am yet to get the parcel. I had sent a parcel from Mangalore to Gurgaon under AWB - B21017097 on 13th July 2015. It reached Delhi apex on 15th July. Since then there is no sign of my parcel. Neither its delivered nor the status is updated on your site. Its been 7-8 days and you people cannot deliver a parcel from Delhi to Gurgaon then that is really shameful. Moreover the best part is why you people have given customer support number as no one ever answers the calls ? I want you to deliver it as soon as possible or else i'll file a case in consumer court very soon.

The worst courier service I have ever encountered. Better late than never, this company should wind up or Govt should enforce unethical service providers to pull down their shutters. I booked a letter to be delivered from Jammu city on 14 july 2015 (consignment number Z[protected] to be delivered at office at Parliament street, New Delhi. The letter is yet to be delivered after 8 days. DTDC website since 15 july shows "Out for delivery". Have been following the issue with them on phone with delhi office and more than a dozen visits to their Jammu outlet. DTDC dealing persons, as per them, are trying to find out the correct position. It is not only frustrating but also utterly non-professional way of handling the customers. My personal request to all those who read this comment is to never deal with DTDC and also spread this word widely to help common people falling prey to these unprofessional and unethical service providers. Kesari tours sent me a courier consignment number M22144352 thru DTDC courier on 14 Jul 15. However it was returned although correct address was provided. Inspite of repeated complaints the consignement cant be traced. This guy from Shimoga Kiran (mob [protected]) is also lost and cant provide any solution.
