I Rajbeer Yadav approached DTDC franchise with Brother's International UG-2, Mohta Building-4 BHikaji Cama Place, New Delhi on 17.06.15 to urjently deliver 1050 gm of "Cancer Medicine" in Pune to Mr. Satya Pal Yadav, SMQ 600/5 AFS Pune-411032. As per online tracking the pacakage is in transit on 23.06.2015 at 12 noon. On enquiry with the franchise it was informed due to error the package is still with the franchisee. The Medicine was meant for my uncle who has passed away now. I have approached my legal counsel and stern action will be taken against your company. After all the rituals are over i will pursue the matter in court. Ihave attached all the relevant document for your information.

sir, i send a packet of three samples of school belts and tie to LANCER INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DLF-V, sector-53, Gurgaon, vide docket no.-Z57080627 dated 16-6-15 from Peera garhi Delhi. Franchisee code NF361. On[protected] i tracked my consignment, and i found that consignment has been reached to Gurgaon but not delivered and i was satisfied that the consignment will be delivered shortly. after that i went out of station due to medical checkup of my wife. today i reached back to delhi and i received the call from consignee that the courier was not reached till now. i tried to call the franchisee but the phone was out of order. then i visited to the office and i was told that the consignment was miss routed and it came back and the person sat there handed over me back. i was shocked. further i found that the packet is torn off badly and when i checked the material inside i found that one of the sample of belt was missing from it. when i asked about it the person reply that, " This is routine task, the items may lost anywhere." Due to the act of your company i faced a heavy loss in the shape of loosing my order of an international school. and still i can't arrange the sample again. when i asked the person to find anyhow my sample, even i was ready to collect it from any corner of Gurgaon. he called two or three places but not found any response from anywhere. and he denied to do anything in this case. i was so sad and returned to home.

My c/no V21537924 was sent from kolkata to guwahati and was lost. A compain was raised against d lost item on february. . After 4months i got a message dt d cargo was found n delivered i.e. on 19th june. N Wen i went to dtdc office to ask for my parcel. They sd dt d parcel iz not yet recieved n ignored me completely n said me to complain in kolkata. Wat sud i do nw. Whre z my cargo? If its not yet sent then y did i got a msg dt its delivered. My case no is 00020452 Plz hlp me .

I was to receive a packet booked from Madhuri on 16 Jun 15 for Jammu having consignment number c40661222. I could track the status online till yesterday. It was at Delhi last. Now online tracking status is as under:-"AWB/REF NO...C40661222 could not found. Please contact Customer care (local code[protected]" I am worried about the consignment. Kindly updated on the latest position.Â

What service is it? I sent courier no. H44339943 on 8th june, delivery was attempted on 13th june. Courier could not be delivered, no one contacted me or the recipient to take address or any clarification. Courier is in jaipur and your customer service no. Is not reachable since 15 days.

We had couriered a frame from Chennai to Bhopal (Cn no. C[protected] through DTDC on 8th June 2015. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 working days but the same took 11 days to reach Bhopal after continuous follow ups and arguments with the service provider. We had also raised a complaint with the customer care : Complaint no :00444681 on 15th June 2015 and even then we had to keep calling them to get an update on the delivery status . We even called the Bhopal delivery centre(Branch [protected]) multiple time but they also did not help and kept telling that it has been misrouted 3 times and will be delivered shortly. Finally the parcel was delivered on 18th June 2015 in completely broken condition and the delivery man haphazardly handed and argued with my parents and got their signature on the delivery receipt and ran away. I am attaching the receipts scanned copy and photos of broken parcel . The branch (rangarajanpuram Chennai Branch) was utterly pathetic in helping from where the courier was send . On[protected] we book courier to Narasaraopeta in your franchise located at patamata Autonagar.CN NO:H46757458 Senders name N.N.PRADEEP MOBILE NUMBER [protected] This shipment was not reached at and not tracked please slove the problem.In that box we packed artificial teeth to send the doctor as on order. It is very important and costly too. Every day we send couriers through dtdc.To this incident effects ours business credibility.so slove the problem as early as possible.

I sent 2 parcels at "Merchant Returns, Unit No-1, Khewat/Khata No:373/400, Mustatil No 31, Bilaspur-Taouru Road, Mewat HR 122105" on 17th Mar'15. However, the shipment was stuck at "DHARUHERA BRANCH" from 20th Mar'15 (Shipment no. AWB K77761676 and K[protected]. As per DTDC tracking, the reason is "Shipment Returned due to NO SERVICE" and now it is showing "Arrived at DTDC APEX" on Apr 07, 2015 and at Airport on May 01, 2015.I am not sure why...

I had send a courier on 13th June 2015 from DTDC courier services THANE WAGHBIL NAKA office. Courier was undelivered until Friday 19th June 2015 which was appearing delivered on the tracking site off DTDC. on calling Customer Care all the no. provided are wrong or out of service. On calling upon the vendors they are blaming each other and have no information about the courier. finally after visiting the office I came to know that courier has been returned to thane but it has not reached thane till date. It was a courier worth Rs.1500 and I was charged 520 rs for delivery. The Delivery was from Thane to Ghaziabad. No body bothered to informed about the damage.

This is with reference to DTDC courier, mis management. They dont bring parcels to our home calls us to their disptach house 7 8 km away then what is the point of paying these people this something ii have experienced in sector 11, 382011 Gandhinagar office of DTDC. This looting and making recipents to spend petrol for what they have already payed for, very bad service

M19290031 this is the item and i haven't got my item dtdc of our area are saying that it was delivered but i haven't received the item seems that it is delivered to the wrong address, I have my certificates in it so kindly deliver it to my address.

I have a consignment from amazone.in which is prepaid. the tracking id is Tracking #: B21687984. and it was free home delivery. today it reached at durgapur and your delivery boy asking me to collect from dtdc office and inform me that their delivery time is only from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM only 2hrs. as in this time my shop is closed so i can't received the parcel. so I inform him my shop is open from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, so kindly deliver within this time. but your delivery boy reply he can't delivered within this time. and also replying that he will return the item if i can't collect from dtdc office. so please look into this matter as do the needful for the same.

My name is Srikar Chittampalli (ph: +91--[protected]). My friend sent me a courier from Bangalore to me. The courier contains a Hard disk. The courier was sent from Bangalore to Kharagpur on Jan 28th and track ID is (B[protected]. The person incharge told that they will contact me after they found anything but he didnot contact me till now (Person incharge is Mohan Raj -- [protected]). Its been about five and half months and they are not at all reacting positively. Even if you check the track ID status it still shows it's in transit to Kharagpur. Now when ever I call I get a call waiting status. So, I kindly request you to make them give me refund for the hard disk. The hard disk is a 1 Tb hard disk and it was about six thousand rupees when I bought.

My congignment to Cochin, Kerala misrouted to Delhi and finally came to Cochin after 3 days and in "out for delivery" state for 2 days. I don't know whats wrong with them. It's taking 9 days for a consignment to get deliver nearby state and still not delivered. I would have delivery the parcel if I were go by walk.

Date : 18-June-2015 Issue: For a shoe delivery DTDC wants PAN card and Voter id card. This is very strange that for a shoe to be delivered DTDC wants a copy of each voter id card and PAN card. Even for delivering bank documents id are presented and copies are not handed over, as this creates base for frauds. Further on request for a letter to proof that my documents will not be misused, i wan threathen that my SHOES will not be delivered and i can take it up with the Source. FINE!! But DTDC should understand I cannot trust just anybody/courier boys with such documents. No courier company request such documents this is absolutely absurd and creates suspision about DTDC's intensions. I can show my id on the delivery but cannot handover a copy of the same to some random person. I want the"SHOES" to be deliverd in undamged conditions to be delivered . Also if this cannt be done i will inform the Source to refrain from using DTDC for courier services as this is very unprofessional and creates troubles for consumers.

Worst service 300 kms they have took 55 Hrs tiil not deliveredI hate this service waste fellows they said that they will deliver in one day but they will take 5 days are more I think . hate this service I will kill those guys, this is The worst service never send a co ...

I Have couriered a Parcel through DTDC COURIER on 13-June-15(Consignment No :c[protected] from Madurai to Chennai.Till 17-June-15, it was not delivered to the Address. The Delivery is to Guindy Taluk Office Located at Saidapet. I am getting different below response at each time from Customer Service. * Some are saying the Courier is Delivered and other saying incomplete address.
