i had couriered my luggage from noida to Bangalore, the receipt number is D21082750 on 8th april. i was promised that it will reach my premises in 4days but it reached on 8th may 2015. the luggage had two bags and a carton. the lock was not found on bag which is had put before handing over to DTDC. The item in bag included was a speaker which was damaged thoroughly during transit and all were the items in carton was also misplaced . photo frame was broken all books were in bad conditions, it was also noticed that my stuff was thorughly checked by someone and my mobile is also missing whose declaration was missed by me. all shoe boxes were torn and were in bad condition

this is inform to you that i have assised a one courier for shipment form Matrimony.com ltd. the consinment number is: Z51329928, my parcel item is missing there are two chip board only one chipboard is delivered at my location kinldy check.

we send a small parcel/courier by dtdc on 14th may awb no b19317618 to delhi in the name of roshan kumar block b 341 3rd floor avantika rohini sector -1 delhi north delhi delhi110085 phone no [protected] but our consignee receive Epson ink packing we try to contact corier office but no response from dtdc courier office we also try to call customer care no buddy receive a call& we drop a mail also still no reply from dtdc

My company had sent some official documents through your dtdc via docket no. M18523896 on 15th May and it is coming on your online tracking app that the parcel has arrived at my near dtdc place by yesterday 18th May(early morning). I am requesting better you do your service on a serious way otherwise you please quit this job. This is so ridiculous and I hate DTDC now.

My relative has send us the card from kolkata but when received the polybag found in a tempered condition, when opened to check whether things are in good shape and condition found that items are missing, Kindly revert back with proper claim

A parcel of mine was dispatched from Kolkata on 14th of May ; Docket number K78879436 . As it was an important parcel so i preferred DTDC. But to my disappointment i took a wrong decision . Rather i would have preferred some other courier service because till date ie 18th of May i haven't received my parcel. When i send my staff at your head office in Raipur which is in Ram Nagar, Gudiyari all the person says that it has arrived but we are not able to find that . In short my parcel is lost from your head office only . Either you people take some strict action against this or i will be forced to take this matter to consumer forum . i have received some items through docket no G90156918. one of items has been damaged very badly( irreparable) and another item is still not received . please help me getting back my not received item and compensation of my damaged items.

I received the my parcel bearing parcel serial no. 2695795, AWB no: B21451736. It was booked from bangalore to delhi. Cust. ID : BF084, weight: 1.105kg. It was booked on 5 may 2015 at 19:35:38 hrs. The item was booked and it was assured that it will get delivered on 6th may 2015 positively as the pakage will be in the same zonal office i.e, south west delhi, which is near the destination where the pakage is to be delivered. But instead I received the pakage on 7 may 2015 at around 2:10 pm and contents of the pakage were totally damaged. The delivery person didn't stop for a second after the delivery of the goods even when called. I have even attached the pictures taken soon after opening the package. At the time of booking the booking office charged extra money i.e, Rs 100 in addition to Rs 245, (after checking the contents of the pakage) and asked for secure packaging of the product but on the name of secure pakaging nothing was done but instead a dtdc plastic bag was used to cover it. There was no bubble wrapping, etc. I raised a complaint over phone at the destination dtdc head office in naraina, delhi. The complaint no. 309462. I was assured that I will get the feedback as soon as possible. But then I received a sms from dtdc on my number [protected] that the complaint has been closed as null as the contents are delivered. Kindly see the matter and refund me my money. I myself being a lawyer know the liabilities dtdc have towards its customers. Kindly refund the money i.e Rs. 300 the value of the product and Rs. 345 the courier charges ... in total 300+345 = 645 rupees. As soon as possible. Once you provide me the information regarding the same I will put the application for claims in the booking office for refund of the money. Please take action or else necessary legal help will be sought for from my side for the inconvenience caused and damage of the pakage and the mental harrasment I faced by first calling customer care many a times and with no solution from the side of dtdc.

Dear Sir/Madam, A courior has been done dated 15.5.2015 (V[protected] from jodhpur by DTDC Plus service which delivered on 16.05.2015 at hydrabad. But at the time of delivery envelop was open & my documents were lost. In that envelop i have sent 6 distrbutor agreements but there was only three inside the envelop which also is in knowledge of delivery boy. There were very higly confidencial documents & cheques of our businesspartners. When i tried to contact at DTDC contacts it was highly surprising that out of 8 contact no. not even a single person has pickup my phone at 5 PM. This complaint refers to DTDC docket no B20417272 dt 11/5/2015. A packet of clothes were courired to me through DTDC Bangalore (Kodihalli branch) on 11th May 2015 to DTDC Santacruz (West) Mumbai .The packet was delivered to me on 16th May 2015. After receiving the packet, we found it was cut at the side and 2 t-shirts of my son (aged 11yrs) was missing. I could not mention the same on the receipt paper of DTDC as this was discovered after the courier boy left. I have been using DTDC to courier many documents and other items for the past 10 yrs, this is the first time items are missing from the courier package. Kindly look into the same and revert back.

This is complaint to you that dtdc franchise located at morbi over there your staff members are not responding properly i walked today to your branch to took my courier at there i beard some miss behavior. so it is request you to take action against it.

I want to know the resolution status of the stolen mobile from the consignment V20711815. I am the receipt for the said courier. Till now i have talked to Mr Amit Jain, branch head for the same case but there is no proper response from his side and dtdc side then i tried to claim my lost mobile money through ms Anita in claims and settlement depart but there is no resolution from her side. I am disappointed and annoyed with the response of dtdc. There is nothing like customer service with this company. Now i want to resolve the same case legally, so tell me the procedure for the same. I want to contact to senior management of DTDC so share the contact detail ASAP

I am really fed up by following up my packet. It was dispatched on 7th may. Tracking no is M13371527. Also I am calling the person assigned for the same again and again. He always say mam aaj mil jaega sham tak. Then in evening he didnt take my calls. What non-sense ia going on? I am really tired tracking my shipment all day. I have lot many other things to do as well. On 13th may i got a call that mam really sorry ur packet will be delivered tmrw by12 for sure. And till now i haveny received and now they are not picking calls. I need a refund of rs. 1500 for DTDC now. Why should i suffer.

Good Noon, I have send Currier in DTDC Plus services in Mumbai Maharashtra. its my Original Passport for Stamping Visa Today in Bombay. But today Continue this time This DTDC Plus Currier services is not Deliver Currier and Give Excuses. Today My Passport is not Deliver that place i have lost my Visa coast and Other Charges. Hi Sir, My name is Kamlesh and i had to deliver a package. The package was at Gurgaon for three days from 11may to 13may.After three days when i reached Gurgaon dtdc office i was told to speak to Vindyesh. When i went to speak to Vindesh he was not available at his counter. I spoke to Vishali who made me to talk to his manager on call. He listen to my compaint and left the phone un-attendant. I was told that the package was on the way to Calcutta. But nobody made any effort to ask it to return to gurgaon office. And the Manager name Raju Sharma was so un-professional he asked me to ask the sender to send the pachange again. What the hell this service is. I promis you i will never use DTDC. Send a courier on 9th with WayBill no R18442017. It has reached the destination office on whitefield on 11th per Tracking site of DTDC. Still I have not got the courier . I tried calling these guys at office, these staff is really irresponsible and arrogant not even picking the phone also, I don't know in a city like Bangalore we have such a courier guys what would be the state in remote part of India Anyway I will never booked with DTDC in future with this bad experience, I work for Oracle where we have a collection center I will report this to our HR guys of this issue I faced . Probably post this experience on Facebook and Whatapps let the guys know of the pathetic state . Sorry to act like this

Hi! My name is Martha Lilly Peediyakkan. I was supposed to receive a consignment from Kunnamkulam, Thrissur to my home in Royal Homes Layout, Singasandra, Bangalore; a mere parcel of to attested copies of my mother PAN card. I am very upset that I haven't received it yet. They had promised delivery within one day for which we paid Rs. 210/- but this is the second day & till now no one even called from DTDC forget delivery of the consignment. I have been frantically trying to get in touch with DTDC Bangalore Phone: [protected] but no use. The DTDC agent at Kunnamkulam office gave me the Bommanahalli office numbers:[protected]call barred!), [protected] (invalid number). It was very important that I receive that consignment atleast by today and here I am venting out my frustration at your forum.
