in my order contains three items and i received two items through the
blue dart courier and ONE item i didn't receive that item shipping
provider is dtdc, dtdc air way bill number is D06563788 i am go and ask the dtdc courier that item already
dispatched in Bangalore and pulivendula kadapa district , one item is
received in two places , that's the reason dtdc courier agent tell, my

Hi this is Jahnabi Deka from Guwahati. I recently shifted from Delhi (Dwarka) to Guwahati and booked my luggage through a cargo carrier called DTC Cargo Carrier. They charged me 10,500 Rs for the goods and Rs 1500 for the insurance and then they told me that they will send it to be by truck. After approx 2.5 weeks of the delivery, i came to know that the goods were delivered by train with a mere charge of Rs. 3500. I also have the receipt for this. When I called up the propreitor Mr, Kuldeep for the same he said that the goods were ceased at the road and hence he had to send it to me by train.

Also My Sony Walkman 8GB and Philips Walkman 2 GB, Nikon Digital Camera 4 GB 10.1 MP Resolution and lots of sarees were stolen from a small suitcase.

Also they didnt hand over to me the insurance documents which means they cheated me of the insurance money also.

Please help me because I am unable to do anything against them cause they talk very dirty on the phone.

Please take strict actions against them.

My supplier sent a courier to me via DTDC, shipment number B72817668, on 18 Aug 2011. When I did not receive the courier till 24 Aug, I tracked it on the DTDC website and saw that the status was 'Delivered', on 23 Aug noon. I was at home at that time and had not received any coureir, nor had the security guards at the gate. I called the Gurgaon Apex office and registered complaint number 729766, and they kept saying will send the DRS report to me in 1 hour, then 2 hours, and wasted the whole day. I also called the DTDC franchisee who was supposed to deliver the package to me and he said he had my packet, but could not deliver as security sent him back. I kept asking him to come and deliver, but he also kept saying my boys are not here. When I asked him to describe the packet, he gave a description not matching the supplier's. I think he has stolen or lost it. No one is cooperating at any of the offices and I am confused whom to approach now. Please help.

I booked a parcel contain valuable garments and important documents to Gangtok, Sikkim with CN NO K49327643, but the parcel has not deliver till now and when i enquired about the matter the DTDC franchises K.C.B commuinication khanapara, Guwahati they informed me that the parcel had lost.I am surprised to see negligence in the service of DTDC courier.So i want back my parcel or give me the value of the parcel.

I had sent a courier to my brother on rakhi to chennai last monday (8 August 2011). But the courier has not reached till yet and on tracking the order shows a miss route.

The DTDC office guys behaved rudely and didnot responded to the complaint . Also no effort was made either to get back the packet (courier) or deliver the same. It is 10 days fromthe delivery but there is no track of the order.



I visited and gave a written complaint on 12 august and 16 august to atleast get back the same but they denied me and said there shall be no reversals.

A Courier was booked from ahemdabad for Anupgarh- 335701 on 8th august, 2011 but it is not delivered till now. When contacted to jaipur office they said that there is no service in anupgarh which is not correct. so, I request you to get in detail of this matter as i had lot of problems due to this delay and there is no hearing for my problem in your jaipur office

A product was sent by Varna Enterprises, Bangalore on August 4, 2011 vide waybill number B74301090. While tracking the product, it was out for delivery from Ambala to Solan on August 6, 2011. Till date I am not able receive the product. Neither I received any call from local DTDC office showing carelessness and irresponsibility. With my personal experience I would request customers not to use DTDC courier. They are very careless in handling the product.

DTDC consignment number P16398567. was snet from Model colony on the Saturday 3oth of July 2011 and has not reached the destination nor me at my pune address. the consignment was sent to Amar Garment and jewellery , Dinananth market,main road .Motihari 845401.Bihar. with medicines as the receiver was in pain and the medicines were urgent. But it was and is sad that a renowned company like DTDC does not have the decency to inform the customer that they do not have a delivery in Motihari. After tracking and caliing up the customer service number i.e.[protected], after continous calling every day i was lucky to get the customer call executive on line today or else all the earlier days i was only holding on to the call waiting patiently to know the problem and for someone to answer the call.. But today when i got the cc executive ,he was not able to answer my queries nor was he polite, He said his name is Chaitanya, why have executives who are not fit for the job. He told me go to the model colony office ,i cannot do anything, i asked for a senoir but he did not put me on to his seniors too. Who is gonig to pay fOR my anxiety and because of the delay my son-in-law has been in pain. But even after the consignment has come back to pune i want to KNOW WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE IT. WHY HAS DTDC NOT CALLED ME YET. ARE YOU TRYING PATIENCE OF THE CLIENT. NOBODY SHOULD SEND ANYTHING BY THIS COURIER SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT WANT BUSINESS AND SO ARE THEIR EMPLOYEES, WHO HAVE NO MANNERS NOR ETIQUTTES TO TALK AND ANSWER THE PHONE. tHE CUSTOMER CARE DIVISION IS ONLY A HOAX.,AS THE PEOPLE OUT THERE ARE INCOMPENTENT . I NOW BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE AS DTDC DOES NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. I WANT JUSTICE FOR THIS DELAY OF MY MEDICINES . i HAVE ATTACHED THE TRACKING DETAILS BELOW. THEY SAY THE PERSON DOES NOT EXIST. BUT CHECK ON THE WEB AND YOU CAN SEE THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE PERSON.

I was sent an envelop containing a cheque, by DTDC (Desk To Desk Courier) from Bengaluru to Mumbai. The normal looking envelop contained a cheque. No one at the office of DTDC was able to answer my query as to where my courier was. After passage of 4 days, DTDC Courier company Mumbai called to tell me that the courier was handed over to building's watchman, an act no one would accept as responsible. I checked with watchmen and no one had any idea of the courier. They further told me that as a rule, they do not accept any courier.

I called DTDC courier company and told them that I was waiting for this courier and that if I was available at home, why the courier was not handed over to me. He had no answer. I checked with security watchmen and they assured me that they never accept any courier.

This only gives answer that though standing in a que at post office may be a bit cumbersome, but reliability wise, Indian Post (Bhartiya Daak) is still the most reliable courier service in India.

I JAI PRAKASH ( VIKASH KUMAR ) couriered an important DOCUMENT from DTDC, SADAR BAZAR,Delhi Cantt-10 TO HISSAR CANTT on 14-july-2011 at 9.30pm.They make me to believe on them that the certain document will reached the destination address till tommorrow evening i.e on 15-july-2011 evening and in case of not sent 100% money will returned back.But the document is not reached the destination address after 4 days of despatching the document from DTDC, sadar bazar-10.

Our relatives enquired every day after 14-july-2011 at DTDC office HISSAR CANTT -125005, but they only got the information that certain document is not reached till now.After 4 days of enquirying our relatives informed us that document is not reached yet at DTDC office,HISAAR CANTT.Then I enquiryed at DTDC,SADAR BAZAR - 10 and they informed me that address given is the address of TOHANA which is 75 km from hissar cantt & they do not deliever there,so they returned the document back to DTDC office sadar bazar-10 on 19-july-2011,but the document is not received till 22-july-2011,also they don't even returned the document to our address, so we received the document on[protected] by going to their head office at NARAINA.. But the address given where this document to be reached is given below :-

SO I want to resister a complaint against DTDC against this incident so that no other people will affect in future by this irresponsible behaviour and also I want my charged money and fulfillment of money from losses due to not sending of form. The COURIER CONSIGNMENT NO. IS -F05989605.
They are not returning our money which they promissed to do so in case of not sending of document.
Therefore kindly, I requested to you that please resister a complaint against DTDC,SADAR BAZAR-10 & take certain action against this incident also make them to return our full money, I am very thankful to you.....

Hi,
I have sent a courier to my native place form pune to raigarh 6 day's back and still myh courier is not deliverd.
while calling in given number either the phone is busy all the time or no one is pick up the call.
The serive of DTDC courier is very very bad...and even the customer servicve responce.

Please take it seriouly and ask the HELL DTDC to make its service good or banned this courier serive in India.

Dear sir,

we sent one consignment through DTDC from Raipur to Varanasi on[protected]
having shipment no. M64409262.This was an urgent ticket and in the status it was shown to be lying in Allahabd from[protected] to[protected] while the sent item was urgently required at[protected] in varanasi.
When we tried to contact the Allahabd office at[protected] on [protected] no one picked the call and at[protected] , when one of male staff members took the call , he not only misbehaved but also when I mentioned that I am going to complaint if he will misbehave like this he said me to go for it.Though even if the consignment arrives to varanasi it will be useless now. Please tell me who is responsible for this carelessness and ill treatment of customers. Please take the right action.

My name is Abhishek Rathaur and I reside in Delhi. This is to bring in
your kind attention, the kind of service that we as customers are
getting through the so called Customer Services of DTDC Courier services.
One of my friend, sent me a courier on the 11th of July 2011 (
Consignment# Z[protected], however, by the time was writing this
complaint to you, I still had not received it. The consignment was
sent from Delhi within Delhi, which unfortunately has been 4 days (
within a city ). When i got in touch with the customer service ( 011--
[protected] and asked about it, they did not even acknowledge that it
is a delay on their part. They even refused to register any complaint
until i had to be a bit rude in asking them to register a complaint on
14th July 2011. I had contacted the above said number 6 times in 2
days without any success. Every time time i called they gave me several
different numbers to contact the branch manager of East Delhi where my
consignment is ( according to customer services ). The numbers that
they gave me are [protected] and [protected] which never went through.
After confronting one of the customer rep about the numbers being
incorrect, he registered the complaint and assured that the
consignment will be delivered positively by 14th July 2011 evening,
which unfortunately did not happen. I am going through a very bad
financial crisis and that consignment has a cheque which i am
desperately waiting for. I hope you understand how a middle-class
person relies on this. If you listen the calls that i made on the
helpline number, you will find the exact manner, how the customer
service reps talks to the customer. I have been in the customer
service industry for the past 5 years and i know how to deal with
customers, which unfortunately DTDC people do not know.
I have also attached the screen shot of the tracking page which will
prove my legitimacy. I will be highly obliged if this matter is
resolved on an urgent basis and the people involved in this delay are taken
care of. Please try to do it As Soon As Possible.

Sir/Madame, My complaint is in regard to late delivery of my parcel and that too in broken piece when they pre-checked my parcel in their office before shipping off the parcel. They assure me that it will be delivered in 4 working days. But to my horror, it was delivered 10 days( i.e shipped on 24th and delivered on the 4th of next month) exactly from the that I sent it. Please see my attachment for the receipt. The item was broken beyond any use. I call them up to address my concern but they have nothing to do with it....as told by the agent.
After much conversation and assurance that it will be delivered in one piece within the frame time, why all this happens. Is there any legal ways to fight them or its just their duty to lost ones' property without much to do from their sides....? Please help. If any information needed, let me know.

on 7th July 2011 by the courrier service DTDC courrier n0.-K48882982;to me Ajanta Das at the address House No.-176,2nd floor,Room No.-6;Babulal Chowk;Munirka;NewDelhi-110067.But i didn't receive it till date nor received any call ragarding it.When I went to the Munirka branch of DTDC on 14th July they told me to come on next day.Today on 15th July2011 I went to them n I was told that it has been returned.When asked why I was told that my address was closed & my ph number was invalid.But I was in my room the whole week n my ph no. is workig properly & I am using it constantly.When I asked them clarification they are not able to give me any reply.

I have couriered medications to Coimbatore from Kanuru(520007),Vijayawada, Andhra by DTDC courier.the weight was 4 Kgs.The office has charged me 125 rupees per Kg.i have paid 500 rupees.the service was by surface.i have paid full amount to the owner of the DTDC outlet st Kanuru.but later i have foun out through the main branch of DTDC that i have been charged more than the companys (dtdc) price range.I thought dtdc is a great company and i always choose it for my posts.this is the first time i have encountered such unfortunate incident.this is my first shipment from this outlet.I have the receipt for my transaction.The tracking no----H86667438.I would like uyou to kindky look in to the matter.Some dihonest people are misusing and tainting the DTDC reputation.Thank you.

MY COURIER HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE DTDC SANATH NAGAR ON 12TH OF THIS MONTH AROUND 1PM. ITS BEEN TWO DAYS AND THE COURIER HAS NOT BEEN ELIVERED YET TO TIRUPATI JUST 500 KM FROM HYDERABAD. WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE, THEY ARE CONVINCING ME THAT THEY SENT IT ON YESTERDAY. THEN WHY GOING FOR DTDC? THEIR CHARGE IS ALSO COSTLIER THAN OTHER COURIERS.

- HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY CALLING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE BRANCH OFFICE BUT THEY DONT HAVE ANY REPLY ON THE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT.NOT EVEN THE MANAGER MOB NO. [protected] IS HAVING ANY CLUE ABOUT THE CONSIGNMENT.
