I asked Mr Sunil from Bangalore to pick my SON's study kit from school and courier it to my home address PIN 313603 sent one courier person, even though weight was 4.9K DTDC has charged 6.3 KG for my packet, also when it reached to Udaipur (PIN 313001), DTDC person was telling no "service in your area" so it will be returned to Bangalore again.

also till Udaipur charges are 140Rs per KG from banagalore, and I was charged 180Rs per Kg, and total 1100 Rs(180*6=1080) +20 Rs pickup.

Now i requested Suni (Courier guy to return the extra amount which he took fro me, but he is not picking call, his number is [protected].

Due to this i have total loss of 2000 Rs, because i need to hire taxi and had to go Udaipur to pick my delivery,

If he would have told me earlier itself that delevry is not there in my area, i should have tried govt post office.

I have sent 2 baby dress in a single parcel from Tribeni DTDC centre which is in West Bengal. The weight of the parcel was around 500 gm. However the receipint have received only 1 dress in the parcel. How is this possible. Is this the way of cheating people for one of the biggest courier company. I am extremely dissatisfied and will take up this to consumer forum. Kindly take required action and let me know as soon as possible. I am not getting any help from Tribeni (West Bengal) DTDC branch.

As discussed over the call with customer care support who named as Mohit earlier have asked for the contact number of the booking point which has already been provided to you. The coordination needs to be done from their end as the booking point is also your associate ( part of DTDC) so its come under your responsibility.

I am extremely disappointed by the above response. Its their responsibility to find the loophole of the process where their staff can easily steal things without damaging the goods. And there is no way I will be making false statement for a dress if it would have delivered correctly.

Kindly escalate this to your senior as I am not at all satisfied with your mail response.

This is very upsetting to hear where I have even provided the invoice of the two goods. I will make sure that none of my family and friends use DTDC service and I will make sure to reveal this in every social media and consumer forum as this is no way a fault of a customer and this get escalated to DTDC MD as he also should know what is going on his back.

I m vijaylaxmi didn't received product but tracking says, product delivered to uma, who is ds uma, how product will give to any one with out confirmation.

I have sent the parcel to my customer at barasat on 7th aug 2021. The same is received by Rajarhat Kolkata branch on very next day 8th aug 2021. But still it is not been sent to the customer . I have made complaint several times with dtdc but till not getting any proper reply. Please help.

My seller has booked the courier from DTDC. The courier has reached in our city on 20.08.2021 but no courier delivery boy delivered our parcel. When we are trying to connect with DTDC Customer care. They are disconnecting my call. There is no response from Customer care. I am fedup with this type of cheap courier service.

I have sent the parcel to my customer at Barasat on 7 aug 2021. It reached to Rajarhat branch kolkata on 8th aug. But after that there is no update . I have made several complaints but till date no proper reply or resolution. Customer is very annoyed. Please help me to get the parcel asap.

My consisignment number T04158679 which was booked on[protected] from Kurukshetra to Jabalpur(MP). But on tracking I found the consignment back to Ambala hub from Indore. Plz enquire who is responsible for delay.

My courier which i sent on 19/8/21 is not delivered yet and when i tracks it is showed that it is delivered. How this is possible when the receiver didn't receives the parcel n it shows it is received.

I have booked the courier on 19/8/2021 to Raichur and the consignment has reached raichur on 21/8/2021 wide docket no: B78612790, but not delivered to the given address for more than 2 days, today on 24/8/2021, we have received our client to go and collect the consignment from the DTDC office. We don't know what kind of service DTDC is giving to us.
Who is responsible for the delay...DTDC is not taking any responsibilities and asking us to complaint were ever we want

The parcel which was send from 18th August has not received by the receiver as yet and in the tracking history it is shown as receiver refused delivery..how is that possible when the receiver has not even received the parcel..no calls was made either to the receiver nor sender...and the worst thing is..in the lastest tracking history it is shown that the parcel is being redirected to another address to my surprise..I am in a state of dilemma..wonder why are they doing this... absolutely irresponsible workers..the worst experience ever.

The package was not delivered to the consignee. The package is to be sent from Hyderabad to RTPP Cuddapah. The package was sent from Hyderabad on 21st August 2021.It reached Cuddapah Super Franchise -Proddatur on 22nd August 2021. The consignee did not get any call from any one regarding the delivery of package. My order M87836226 shows it is delivered on website but its not delivered,

My COURIER no D88377422 is not delivered at my home. Without any information to me it was showing not delivered and reason was OTR. Kindly look into it and resolve th same asap by tomorrow positively.

We have to courier through DTDC on dated:- 23rd August'21 but after some telephonic conversation with our client we have changed our minds & said that to DTDC courier service provider to cancel our courier on same dated with an 1 & Half hour but they can't cancel our courier.

Worst service by dtdc, speed delivery taken more than 10 days one of the worst service I have ever seen... That too raki festival I didn't celebrate because of dtdc courier services... Yakkk... Thuuuuu...
