My package was sent a month back on October 26th of 2024. Till this date there has not been an update. I have contacted the DTDC customer care multiple times yet all the time they were clueless about what was happening. I want a complete compensation from DTDC for the contents in the package which was expensive and the shipping fee and also the mental distress they have caused me. This is a serious issue as it happened because of the negligence of DTDC. Please help me find a solution and justice for my case. Thank you Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
