[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered tracking status falsely marked its delivered and signed by stranger

I ordered some products from the site https://thecuratedstoreindia.com on 23rd May and they sent my order through DTDC (tracking number: 7D[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 1st June i received a message that day which said it was out for delivery for at around 11 am I waited the entire day no calls nothing later that evening I get a message saying it was delivered to (stranger's name) i did not receive my package and it was not handed to me nor did the courier boy contact me before handing it over to this stranger i contacted the store i ordered from they told me raised a complaint and there has been no update since I raised my own queries on the DTDC website but i have yet to receive a response from the customer care
