DTDC Courier & Cargo — Poor service

My courier was booked on 18th june from jammu j&k. The package was booked for greater noida, ncr. Such is poor service of the courier service till today (27th june) i have not received the packet. The packet was very imprtant for me. Also my work has suffered a lot because the delay. I hope and pray it will be delivered to me. I would request everyone not to book through dtdc. Please update or share your complaints on https://www.facebook.com/DTDCCOMPLAINTS

and will make sure that your complaint should reach to highest level of Management in DTDC and Also you should get some compensation so that next time DTDC will think 100times before doing this to any customer

In Any stage of life everybody come across a phase where their courier does not deliver to desired place and time and you are confused where to complain about the loss of time, money and prestige. This page is a little effort to reach out the people who face the same situation and to help out them.
