DTDC — Courier delivered to wrong address

I want to complain that the courier i sent by dtdc on may 28 has been recieved by a wrong person on may 30.

This seems to be a very common issue with Dtdc. My order ID is D59735158. Tracking page shows delivered bit has been delivered to the wrong person Richard Immanuel Devanand.
