I sent 2 parcels at "Merchant Returns, Unit No-1, Khewat/Khata No:373/400, Mustatil No 31, Bilaspur-Taouru Road, Mewat HR 122105" on 17th Mar'15. However, the shipment was stuck at "DHARUHERA BRANCH" from 20th Mar'15 (Shipment no. AWB K77761676 and K[protected]. As per DTDC tracking, the reason is "Shipment Returned due to NO SERVICE" and now it is showing "Arrived at DTDC APEX" on Apr 07, 2015 and at Airport on May 01, 2015.I am not sure why DTDC did not inform me beforehand that they do not provide service for the given address and why I still did not receive the parcel itself or any update regarding this.
I have already contacted "[protected]@dtdc.com" five times (from Apr till now) and asked if refund is possible and to return goods. However, I did not get any response. Please advise.
