DTDC — Items missing (stolen) from the package

I had dispatched two couriers on 2nd May - CN No. B06966795 to Jaipur and CN No. B06966796 to Bhopal. The packages contained food items (dry fruits and chocolates). This is to bring to your attention that both the packages were opened on the way and the half of the items were stolen from it. The packets were re-sealed and then dispatched to the respective destinations. As the items are stolen from both the packets and resealed the same way, it is assured that this act is done in Bangalore only before dispatch. It is very shocking and disappointing that such incident occurred with a reliable courier service like DTDC.
