The charge of rs25 for delivery where they took 1 hour to cover 2km distance (Green park to hauz khas) and delivered me cold burgers.
The delivery boy was so pissed off that he tore the envelope in which the burgers were packed,.
When i asked delivery boy why was your phone busy, he said "busy to aega hi madam, apne main restaurant jo fon kia tha ki parcel nahi aya"
When i called the green park restaurant they said that order is not yet delivered, they too were surprised and instead of apologizing to me they said it is delivered from restaurant. Now the order reaches you or not is the responsibility of the third party who has been assigned the delivery...
I want a compensation from dunkin donuts. I claim that they looted me by charging delivery charge and gst for poor service and delivery and delivering me cold burgers.
