First of all this is a warning to not order from dunkin donuts website/app, I made a mistake which costed me my money which they are just not willing to return, what happened was I placed my order on their own website and they promptly collected the advance payment for the said order number LTG5Z8HWZ3U3, within minutes their store called saying they have none of the 4 different kinds of donuts I had ordered, talk about consumer service! He wanted to cancel the order which I agreed to, he said the refund would take 3 or 4 days which I hesitatingly had to accept, It has been more than 2 weeks now and there is no sign of refund, there is no customer care number, they are not replying to my mails and apart from the default auto reply to my email there has been zero communication from their side, in the day and age of Zomato, Swiggy and Amazon which return your money in a day or two at max they are not even ready to talk let alone return my money!
