Purchased durastyle basic rim plus seat an 69101000 from unispace hyd on 04/06/2018 and we have tried to install on 13/01/19 but seat cover bolts are missing in the box. We enquire at unispace but they are saying that they are not responsible for that because i purchased long back.
My question is that weather purchased long back or at present the item is missing in the box. So i request duravit kindly provide the seat cover bolts

Water leaking through the closet continually after the flush tank is filled.
Here we have severe shortage of water. Hence I request to send a technician as soon as possible to rectify the leakage.
