I live in Pashan Pune. Had raised a complaint regarding soft release of commode. CAS No./SFA No. 39876. Job sheet number 521/06 on 28th May.
The service technician-Mr. Nirakar Das, while attending to my problem damaged my commode seat and now says that whenever i happen to come to Pashan to attend to another complaint i will attend to this damaged seat.
I have been following up with him over the phone but Mr. Das has not looked into the issue yet. I called customer care[protected] and the customer care rep. actually connived with the technician and said the same that whenever the technician will come over to Pashan only then the damaged seat can be looked into. Till then the customer can only sit helplessly doing nothing. Sad to say that there is no escalation line within Duravit with whom i can escalate the issue. Was this information helpful? |
