I have bought toilet and lid from m/s pritivi in vapi gujarat, around 8 months ago,
I have found the top lid is cracked.
This product is placed in washroom of my master bedroom, i am so surprised how it is failed in this much little time span.
I have sent complaint through this dealer but the rely from duravit executive is very ridiculous, it seems he does not train to provide good service to customers, this also show efficiency of your hr team how they train your service team.
This literally disappointing product, and there is no reliability from your end.
