[Resolved]  E-Bay India — Non refund of money against the cancellation of order by the company itself.

Dear sir/s, I have given an online order for Samsung Galaxy Mobile Phone (Model No:YGT-55360) to E-bay, India on 6th November 1213.Unfortunatly The company cancelled the order due to the delay in supply by their authorized stockist and they informed me that the money will be credited in my account with in 5 working days.They mailed following details 1) claim ID -330040, 2) Paisa Pay ID as [protected] as their office record detailes . No refund reached in my Federal Bank Account at Pokkulangrag.Trissur District Kerala and iI send my last mail to them on 6/03/14 and they didn't respond to the mail.
