My orders #36426 placed on April 26, 2020, and 34351 placed on April 25, 2020, were not delivered. These orders weren't delivered. To my surprise, they have updated the status of the order 34351 as completed. I have called various contacts mentioned on their website multiple times. There is no response. Such a poor service is just not expected and adding stress.

We ordered on 22-april 2020 on ethottam.com and paid for that order. Nor the order has been delivered till today 1st May and not answered our calls. I think the government has opened this website to not to serve the public but to collect money from them. Very very poor service by tamilnadu government.

Ethotam ordered fruits for Rs 800/-(irder number 1991) on 9-apr-2020 but still the order has not been delivered I am trying to reach them in mobile but they are not picking the call. If they run the show like this then how customers will have faith in government online. Somebody please take action. There is no mail Id or redressed forum contact email to raise complaints.

We ordered on 23-april 2020 on ethottam.com and paid for that order -33113. the order has not been delivered till today 1st May and they are not answering our calls. We ordered it for senior citizens who are unable to go out. But such service in the time of need by tamil nadu Government supported venture is very sad. Will be grateful if you can please deliver at the earliest as promised.

I also ordered 2 combo packs on 24.04.20.. and saying that min.48 hrs to take delivery.. but still today (02.05.2020) the orders are not been delivered...I also couldn't able to either contact customer care or cancel the order... hopeless system provided by e-thottam...

i have ordered vegitables and pepper against order no 42827 dt 30/4/20. the things are not delivered so for. i send so many emails to [protected]@ethottam.com but no response. i also call custometr care cell no related to area MADHAVARAM ZONE freequently no response, kindly do the needfrl or cancel the order and return the amount without fail.

I have ordered vegetables and fruits against order no #44710 date 01/05/2020. It includes 5kg of banana which has to be of three different types of banana. But what I got is the one shown in this picture below. Also, we are supposed to get 8 musk melons but we have received only 2 of them. The banana which we got is in bad shape. It stinks and rotten. Worst service from the TN govt and the site. News channels are promoting this site. Other than coconut none of the items received are usable.

The order and payment was acknowledged by E Thottam vide their message and email. However, today is May 3rd and they have still not delivered my Order. I have mailed them. Tried calling them several times. The line is continuously engaged. I am not sure if the Tamilnadu Horticulture department is taking the gullible public for a ride.

They loot our money in this situation.. I ordered a week back... Still no response and no refund... worst service... Telephone numbers are always busy and some times switched off...

I have placed an order on 29th April 2020 vide order number 42382. Until now, the order placed was not delivered and I am unable to reach any of them. WhatsApp message was delivered and read but no acknowledgement from AHO. Unable to contact The Directorate office landline also.

I have ordered on 27th April (order number 37727) till date I didn't receive my order. No response in mail / calls but still in site shows fruits and vegetables available.

Very poor.. order no 40427 placed on 29th Apr. did not deliver.. calls unanswered .mails not monitored. Aftr frequent unanswered calls n messages.. got only coconut n rotten papaya.

Watermelon n mangoes did not get delivered. Unable to cancel the order as well.

i have placed vegetable combo pack c, on 3rd may.i am yet to receive my order.how can the govt cheat people like this.if they wont be able to supply, why they are still taking the orders.my order number is 49883. please refund my money to my paytm or google pay account.

We can't trust the government for a mere delivery of fruits and how can we trust for other serious issues.
If delivery is not possible refund the money.

I have placed Order on 3/May/20 and Order Number is 49550 but till it has not delivered and infact when I try to reach the mentioned mobile it was switched off and no response from support email. Pathetic service and think they are making use of this opportunity to earn money. Worst service.

Ordered on line. Got the rotten veggies. Looks like the packs kept for destroyingdue to Covid outbreak in Koyambedu has been delivered to common people like this. So many are completely rotten. The status of the order is still under process. How they open retail outlet through zomato keeping our orders in abeyance . The products not delivered to us. Are available if booked through zomato. How is it? Is the Govt cheat people like us? Kindly refund full and also address the health risk in delivering the packs meant to be destroyed. Had it been packed afresh this issue could not have been cropped up. Sure it is some week old packing

I ordered 5kg Alphonso Mango on the 29th April which was delivered on the 7th May after repeated followup. The product delivered in not ripe and does not look like alphonso variety (see image attached). Total rip off, will not recommend to anyone nor will order again

I ordered fruits and vegetable on 10apr 2020, order no 20270 with an commitment to deliver in 24-48 hours. Due to current covid situation we were fine to wait for week but it is crossed 7 days and there is no change in status or no update from the company. I am surprised that they are still taking new orders when they are unable to complete accepted old deliveries. They have an chat system which never responds and i tried to send them an email [protected]@ethottam.com which was mentioned on their website but it got bounced back. Auto revert from wattsapp is my only communication and there are some mobile numbers which never responds. I am now unable to cancel my order and on[protected], they have raised the invoice for my order- Inv. No: 3718, and and e-mail stating your order is complete, but Still i have not received the Veg & fruits basket i have ordered. upon i tried calling the no mentioned in the web page [protected], some one picked the call, i enquired about the invoice w/o delivering the items, that man said after the invoice it will take 72 hrs to deliver, Still not got delivered, now one one lifts the call in that no. it seems this company is taking current situation to their advantage by taking orders and not delivering them. Customer has no way to contact them. once some one picked up my call Can we get any help to get our money back?

pls raise a complaint as responsible Govt Dept can not act like this

We ordered and paid for 10 Kgs. of Musk Melons and they sent only 2 Kgs. of it. There is no response to the Email Complaint. The Delivery Person didn't come to the Building Entrance and we had to go out to the Main Road in search of their Van. OVER ALL VERY POOR AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
