I placed an order last saturday - 25th april and no response from the ethottam, they are not picking call, most of the times it is busy.

Now government started misusing digital sites for stealing people money, they should be ashamed of that keeping people in dark and not even picking the call is a shame for tamilnadu horticulture dept.

Please deliver the order or refund the money, when private delivery like...

My order No.34174 dt.25/04/20 for vegetables pack for Rs.300/- but till date they have not delivered my pack.i given email and also message to their contact numbers but no response and I couldn't contact them over phone also. What is the remedy? How to get my vegetables pack or refund of money paid to them

I had ordered mukkani vide my order dated 29.04.2020, for rs. 600/-. Delivery was assured on 01.05.2020. Still i have not yet received the fruits. Since this is ramzan month, for iftar (Breaking ramzan fasting) we use more fruits. Hence please arrange to deliver the fruits immediately to my address. I had already paid the amount.
The order was placed to ethottam, guindy zone (Tamil nadu govt. Organizations, horticulture dept)....

I booked vegetables online through the web portal order number 41963 dated 29/04/2020. Even after 3 days I'm yet to get the order delivered. The contact numbers are not responding to calls. Emails are not answered but bounce. I strongly recommend people to refrain from using this portal.

After seeing glorifying article about e-thottam in toi dated 25th april, i had ordered fruits worth rs.560 vide order no. 35589, invoice no. 10772 but even after 4 days, it's not delivered. Every time i call them, the standard reply is that it will get delivered that day evening. Emails to them never gets any response.
I urge all not to get carried away by these kind of inefficient, fraudulent and unreliable online portals....

I had ordered for fruits on the 7th of April but still now not received the same. inspite of calling the contact nos multiple times, no one is responding. Dont know whom to contact. My order number is 1822. The status is still shown as processing. Whats the status. How to get the money back...

We have ordered for one 300 vegetable pack and one 500 fruit pack. The vegetable pack got delivered after five days from the purchase and got signed for the receiving order. We enquired them about the fruit pack, they said it will be delivered by evening or tomorrow at the earliest. To my surprise, now the status has been stated as completed in site without delivering the fruit pack....

Due to current covid situation we were fine to wait for week but it is crossed 4 days and there is no change in status or no update from the company. I am surprised that they are still taking new orders when they are unable to complete accepted deliveries. More dissapointment is that they have an chat system which never responds and...

Ordered on 15.04.2020 for ₹300. Paid online. No delivery even though they say will be delivered in 48 hours. No response to mails or calls....

I placed an order for "alphonso mango 5 kg pack × 1" on april 14th, 2020 (Orderid: 27661). The order is not yet delivered as of today (April 23rd, 2020), and on the website, the order is marked as completed. This looks like a fraud and scam to cheat people in this difficult time of covi-d.
The customer support number (+91 [protected]) used to answer my call and justify that my order will be delivered, but she is not answering the call...

Due to current covid situation we were fine to wait for 1 week but it is now 2 weeks and there is no change in status or no update from the company.
