E-Thottam — Delay in delivery..want to cancel order

I ordered on may 4th
Order no 52520..havent received my order. Want to cancel. Want my money refunded. Tried all methods, calling and mailing..no one responds nor any return or reply..how do i get my m9ney refunded. Pl help
