E-Thottam — delayed partial delivery with wrong item

I hv ordered fruits on 4th may 2020, order no 51966 with an commitment to deliver in 24-48 hours. Due to current covid situation we were fine to wait for a week but it is crossed 7 days while they partially delivered and there is no change in status or no update from the company on my pending item. The partial delivered fruits were not as per the ordered items, received small hybrid watermelon 6kgs and banganapalli mango delivered instead of alphonso (5kg pack) i am surprised that they are still taking new orders when they are unable to complete accepted orders. More dissapointment is that they have an chat system which never responds and i tried to send them an email which was mentioned on their website but it got bounced back and no response. Meanwhile tried to cancel order where there is no such option and they take the money while ordering itself. Still they didn’t delivered papaya which is pending till now whereas the order status shows as completed and it seems this company is taking current situation to their advantage by taking orders and not delivering them. Customer has no way to contact them. Can we get any help to get our money back? I have lost rs. 680/- in this order and additionally delivery guys asking for extra money.
