I ordered fruits and vegetable on 27.04.2020, order no 38498. We were waited till date and there is no change in status or no update from the company. I am surprised that they are still taking new orders when they are unable to complete accepted deliveries. More dissapointment is that they have an chat system which never responds and i tried to send them an email [protected]@ethottam.com which was mentioned on their website but it got bounced back. Auto revert from wattsapp is my only communication and there are some mobile numbers which never responds. I am now unable to cancel my order and it seems this company is taking current situation to their advantage by taking orders and not delivering them. Customer has no way to contact them. Can we get any help to get our money back? Pl respond
