Zest money has activated a new.loan automatically even I didn't apply any loan.

This is shaunak ponkshe. Kindly send me the no over dues from your side, as i have taken not taken any loan.
As the zest account is closed on aug 18 but my cibil report card is shows overdues amount of around 11 thousand. Really you people are fooling and making fraud. I need to report to nearest police
Officers if you dont give us no due certification without taking any loan.

Zest money was something that was introduced to me by one of my friend. She said it's a good medium to purchase things on emi if somebody doesn't have a credit card as it works in the same manner. So i opened an account with them and they offered a credit balance of ₹20, 000. Immediately we wanted to order a phone which definitely had a good deal of making a payment of ₹1084/ month for 12 months. Later when we placed the order we checked and we actually ordered a different variant of the phone (For eg: we wanted 64gb but ordered 32gb). A silly mistake. Accordingly we cancelled the order and i received a mail from the merchant that the amount has been refunded (To the source of the payment and in this case it was zest money). So according to the merchant zest received their money. Then i checked my zest account and the emi application was yet not cancelled. I requested numerous times to cancel the emi application but while having spoken to their customer service once because one can hardly reach them they became adamant about not cancelling the application and told me that i will have to pay the emi. Also in an email sent by zest money, they assumed that the merchant refunded the money to my merchant's wallet account and asked me to order again from the same. Which was totally wrong that they made such assumptions being a credit company. Today all i want from them is to cancel my emi application so that i don't have to pay for something which i never received. I agreed to pay in exchange of a product but the product was cancelled so there seems to be no reason for them charging me. They are looking to spoil my credit score now which i built over these years, also trying to fetch money in a wrong manner from someone innocent. I want no relationship with zest money and neither i would recommend this to my friends. The harrassment that i am going through, i don't deserve it. I am not going to pay for nothing. It's our hard earned money, stop looting innocent people like this. This business and it's methods are wrong.

My name is arun i am applying zest money option but some issue they canclled my loan, before doing this proceedure i am dng some payment 5300rs but still they not given refund, everyday i am calling threre team but nobaody respond & there not ready to give the confirmation mail that payment has trasfer i am confirm with bank also they said payment was not trasfer, this is fraud...
