E-Zone — Deceiving customers for quick sales with fraudulent expectations

Mr Abdul ([protected]) and his supervisor from E-Zone Koramangala, Bangalore have devised a scheme to loot customers and their trust by sharing wrong information related to phone purchase and setting wrong expectations in order to make quick sales. Its not even a month since i bough an Iphone 6plus 16 GB, against my wishes of 64 GB as t wasn't available at that time and some stock was expected sooner. Mr. Abdul made some firecracking promises which obviously he didnt bother to even to keep. 1) 1st promise was that i would be informed asap on priority as soon as the fresh stock of 64 GB Iphone arrives, which i never rceived. 2) I will need to pay only the difference of the MRP amount to get hold of the new Iphone which actually amounted to (INR 71, 500- INR 62500) INR 9, 000. When i visited him today, he his playing new games twisting his own words and pretending as if this was never what he told me ever. I wish i could have recorded his statements the day i made the foolish deciison of purchasing from this outlet and made him hear his own words. I also overheard his supervisor angst against this guy " been receiving lots of such complaints against you" which at least goes on to prove that he has done the same thing with few more customers like me. I want other prospective buyers to be aware and double check such fraudulent schemes and over promises before they get lured to make a purchase. I need strict action against them, so that i could save many more like me to fall for such schemes. Thanks Saurabh
