EarlySalary — Demanding for an excess amount of EMI

I have been regularly paying my EMI on date and there is no excess amount shown while paying my EMIs. Attachments are updated for reference.

The tele calling executive and collection executive are calling and demanding for excess amount of EMI. When refused they are harrassing and saying we will call everyone and keep asking money. Multiple automated calls and repeated calls from the agency is ruining my days.

I had not paid 2 EMIs on time, at that situation an executive from their collection team had told me the extra amount will be waived off and to pay only the EMI amount of 5405. Also going forward the same amount will be reflecting in the application and to pay.

I have been paying that amount before my EMI date (2nd of every month is the EMI date) although the amount is paid again and again the company is adding bounce charges although the payment is paid from me on time.

Kindly verify and do the needful on this ongoing issue.
