Hi, I have addressed the grievance email ID and customer care email Id but every time the only response is we will get back to you. There’s constants harrassment on what’s app and calls and I have many times sent mail.
The issue : An EMI was due on April and I wanted to pay early . I was facing an issue in the early salary app and the loan partner of early salary ie. HDB financial had sent a link saying repayment can be done under that loan number. So I had done payment to them directly as I was facing the issue. As per my CIBIL a loan account was created under them so I found no issue in making payment directly . Early salary is refusing payment even and after evidence was provided they keep asking me to give them time to resolve issue wherein they keep charging me everyday for penalty and is now threatening me through what’s app by unethical recovery practices that are against RBI. I have notified them but still it continues. If I get one more message and if the issue is further delayed will file a complaint with RBI ombudsman .
