Hi,

I am Deepak Gupta invested in Earth Infra in one of their Project viz. Earth Techone - Earth Alphatech - Gr. Noida.

With the high hopes and ignored the bad reviews on internet about Earth Infra. I have invested in this project in 2012 by booking 350 sq ft studio office under assured return plan. This booking was done by Broker Gujeet Singh from Collective Growth.

As per the MOU signed, possession was supposed to be done in September 2015. Till then Earth Infra agreed to pay Assured Return cheqs @ 12% per annum. In case they delay the project by any mean assured return cheqs will be continued until the possession.

But as per current status, construction is still going on & ony 60% of project is done so far. By looking the progress possession is no where in next 2 years as well. Earth has stopped the assured return cheqs from October 2015 onwards.

They have stopped responding over mail, phone. Even i have visited their office in noida couple of times and there is no concrete answer received. Their customer care and front desk team is pathetic and have no clue how to talk with customers.

I surprise to see the behavior before booking and after sales service. After sales service is pathetic and they treat you like trash.

Also, i came to know that their construction is also stopped. Now this situation is very critical who all invested this their project.

I request all future investors not to invest in any of their projects. Also request any of existing investors please contact me i am trying to make a group of investors who all invested and suffered so that we can all fight against this fraud builder.

Hi Deepak,
I am facing the same problem and don't know how to get money back from them. I am in a process of filing case against this builder. This is our hard earned money and they just can't do this to us. I have invested in earth techone greater Noida.

Dear All

You all must go through the MOU signed by you and few letters issued by the company showing their inability to complete the work in time siting various reasons. You may note that in many cases the company has not given copy of the application form to the buyers which it is mentioning in the MOU. I have two such clients who have approached me for initiating legal action against the company.

Please go through the MOU and the application form and take legal action against the company.

I am Pranav Bisht having booked a Titanium Studio in Tech Zone 6 of SEZ Greater Noida with Earth Iconic Infrastrucutures Pvt. Ltd. (a company of Earth Infrastrures Ltd.). I have invested approx. Rs.21.50 lacs in August 2014 (CSN No.ETTS-2280)on this one BHK flat (520 sq. ft) with the hope to get assured return till the possession. My assured return has been stopped by the company from March 2016 onwards and the assured return cheque for the month of March 2015 has not been yet encashed due to the closure of their account with ING Vysa Bank now Kotak Mahindra bank. Whenever I approach them for realisation of payment against the said cheque I am assured and given a next date.
