[Resolved] Earth Infrastructure Employees Are Fraud — EARTH INFRASTRUCTURE EMPLOYEES ARE FRAUD | |||
Nitin Sharma ( earth consumer relationship Manager ), I refer to my earlier mail dated August 12, 2014 regarding cancellation of my booking and refund of the Advance amount paid by me. No action has been taken on my request. With this mail, am requesting you to please look in to my case and refund the money paid by me for the Booking as am currently in a financial crunch & due to the ill health of my mother. Please note, this booking was done by me through Mr. Abhijeet Dubey, unfortunately, he is now not a part in the system. When I enquired about him with Mr. Vijay Chauhan, I came to know that he has done some Forgery in the system and taken some company’s cash . For past two months, am being following up continuously with VijayChauhan ( Wealth Unlimited Estate India Pvt Ltd.-Earth Infrastructures Ltd Group) on the same but no positive answer has been given to me. Please find enclosed all the refund documents required for the refund which is given by Mr. Vijay Chauhan. I would also like to inform you that Mr. Vijay has asked bribe ( 2 Lac cash) for settling my case. Why should I pay a cash bribe to him for refund of my own amount which was paid for the booking. Please note, I have paid total amount is Rs.9, 09, 600 /- Mr. Vijay has told me that I have to pay cash bribe to him to take my case to the earth management and my case will only be settled if I pay a csh bribe of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- Mr. Nitin Sharma & Respective Directors of earth Mr. Atul Gupta, Mr. Rajnish Mittal & Mr. Vikas Gupta, requesting you to look in to this andpay my refund to me. Earth infrastructure are thieves. They don't have any target when to complete. They don't have the funds to complete. Middle men who have invested in it will soon die when they come to know they are not going to refund neither they are going to deliver. So please make a group of all who have invested and we all will go to their office one day to let them know the power of middle class men.
I have also invested in Earth Tech they have also stopped post dated interest cheques also.

My booking of 2013 was in Earth Iconic Infrastructures Pvt Ltd .
My Customer Code is ETTS - 0492
The project was Titanium Studios in Tech Zone 06, greater Noida on Yamuna Expressway.
It was under Assured Return Scheme"".
The builder stopped giving assured return cheques from October 2015 onwards.
In December, the builder sent a letter saying that Assured Return Plan will be changed to "Discount Plan" (one time discount of 15 % on basic sublease consideration). I sent back a mail that it was not acceptable to me & I had invested only with assurance and purpose of Assured Return Scheme.
Recently, I came to know from sources that my project in Tech Zone 06 has got scrapped.
However, there is no information from builder. Most of their phone lines are out of service and employees have left.
When I called their NOIDA office[protected], I was told that money will not be refunded.
The builder is clearly cheating the helpless consumers and strict action must be taken against such fraudulent builders.

Brothers. We are all in the same boat. Atul Gupta and Co have run away with our money. No one will get their money back as I can understand. I too have invested around Rs.18 lacs in Earth Tech One Project and they have stopped paying the assured return from 1 Oct 15. Nitin Sharma is the person who Im after. He behaved like God and manipulated our bookings so much so that even when the signed agreement allotted shop on the Ground Floor he arbitrarily provided notional space on 8th floor. That too he behaved as if he was doing us a favor.
I am still looking for that SOB and I know that one day I, by the grace of God, as I promised him, will meet him face to face. Then I will show him that why he is a fugitive. Even God will not forgive him or his family for the financial loss they have done to us simple retired folks.
