I have booked my flat in EARTH INFRASTRUCTURE project by the name EARTH TOWNE in 2012 and I am not getting possession against my flat which need to be provided after 3 year of agreement. now situation is so worst that I don't have any contact detail of their office as well as their call centre. As per media all owners are inside the jail and no one is here to listen our voice. Can this platform help me to get my money/flat from this township.

The company had to pay a sum of rs. 9500/- per month w. E. F. Dec.11 to sep.13 and rs. 10000/- w. E. F. Oct.13 to sep.15 or till the possession of the unit, which ever is later, as assured return against my investment of rs. 10 lacs

The company is neither giving possession nor assured return after sep. 15

I was invest titanium studio apartment, etts1749 at tech zone-6, greater noida, in dec 2013, it was not start to construct till dec 2017. After that I asked to Mrs. magandeep, gm of titanium, he directed me to transfer the plan to Earth Towne to book residential to transfer my money in Towne project & deposited my mou of titanium studio apartment & told me that mou of residential studio apartment of 540 sq. feet in the previous rate, my invested money plus returns of interests up to dec 2017 to be transfered to jal tower project. I have faced hardship. There offices was closed everytime I visited there office at Noida & naryana, but couldn't got any response from the Earth officials also jal tower is not started from ground level till date. I request to direct me how to take back my money or mou of jal tower of towne.

Complaint against earth infrastructure for indulging in unfair trade practice and deficiency in service - i had booked a shop in tech one earth infrastructure yamuna expressway, and 2bhk flat in grecia project in sec-1 greater nodia on 2013. The company had assured that they would give assured return up to september 2015 or till completion, which is later. The completion time was sept. 2015 which is over but not a single brick has been put till now. They have stopped assured return cheque since jan 2015 and i have paid an amount of rs. 28 lakhs (Approx.) and rs.16 lakhs for grecia's flat. Whenever i asked my deposit amount they refused for returning any amount of my deposit. Neither they are constructing the building and nor refunding my deposit money. It is requested to withdraw my deposit money with interest from earth infrastructure and take necessary action against this fraud company.

Upon research, i found out that there are a lot of people who are duped by this builder. I am in contact with them. They take people's hard earned money by making false promises and as soon as they get the money, they start another project without even starting the last project. They have many projects in ncr but not a single project is ready to handover. They are making money and purchasing the land at yamuna expressway, uttar pradesh. The possession time of many projects has been over and now they are neither refunding the money nor are they constructing the project. Many complaints have been filed against this builder and people are waiting for legal proceeding and justice.

We have invested in commercial property in earth sapphire court. Builder promised for assured return cheque till possession. However same has been stopped since sep 2015 & the last update we received from buider is in may 2016 stating we are approaching towards possession of the project, “earth sapphire court” situated at plot no. 48, knowledge park-v, greater noida, u. P. Where you have booked a unit. Ever since then we have been chasing builder for update on assured return cheque / possession but no reply.
To whoom should we contact for law proceedings, if a collective group is formed then please let me know.

I was booked the commercial shop in earth infrastructure tech one noida (Up) year 2014, i have already deposit the total money but till date there was not handed over the position and assured return has also been stopped. My shop no. As per earth is eteo 907. Please resolve the issue as earliest. I was booked the shop of 250 sq. Ft but the company has expand to 309 sq. Ft without my consent and also issue me a letter to deposit the extra increase space payment. As per company t&c it will be increase approx. Only 10% (+ -) as per consent with customer. Company booked the shop with three year complete the project and till competition of the project it will pay 12% the assured to the customer till date. But company stop my assured return last 2-3 year before and there is not handed over the position till date. Although i have pay the more than 18 lac till date and this is more painful to bear the same without handed over the position. I humble request to the authority please return my money with interest or appropriate action against the builder/company.

M/s earth infrastructures ltd. Is not paying assured return against my booking in project tech one greater noida since oct.2015. There is no const. At site since 2012. All its offices in delhi are closed and letter received back. A formal complaint has now been filed with e. O w. Of delhi police on[protected] against economic fraud commited by the company to refund the paid amount with interest or to give physical possession of the constructed unit at site p k tandon

Address: padmanabha nagar colony, puller no 54 backside to temple lane. We have a open park in which they are few trees @ borders only the trees were never restricted nor cause inconvenience to life's..in fact since so many years its giving shade and fresh air.. All of a sudden today few people came and cut the trees down when we asked they said it was association people who asked to cut down however association said to us that they just cut the branches which touch the wires passing by.. Ktr govt says let's do our city clean and green global warming but here people are just cutting off trees without thinking for a second. I need a justice who gave rights to them to play with planet earth destroying trees whenever they want.. At first there will be no elections happen here they are few people who are ruling as association heads since i came to this colony (6yrs) which is against norms of any association.

I booked a shop number ETG/698 in Erath Infrastructure Ltd. - Earth tech one on 28march 2014. They have promised to give monthly interest of Rs. 8424 per month but after paying interest of Rs. 13277 (2 cheques -. Cheques No. 112261 named Joohi Agrawal & Cheque No. 112262 named Babita Agrawal of Kotak Mahindra Bank dated 31.12.2015) company has not given any further cheques. Hence, we have stopped the last instalment of Rs. 191360. and other charges.

We have tried to contact the concerned authority in Earth Infrastructure Ltd. but no response is given by them. So, we request you to please take the further action in this regards and do the needful.

Dear all,

I have invested in earth alpha techone office space in sept'15 with assurance of assured return cheqs @ 12% per annum. Earth has stopped the assured return cheqs from sept'15 onwards.

As per the mou signed, possession was supposed to be done in september 2016. But as per current status, construction is still going on & seems 60% of project is done so far. By looking the progress of construction it's seems take another 2 years as well.

They have stopped responding over mail, phone. Even i have visited their office in noida couple of times and there is no concrete answer received. Their customer care and front desk team is pathetic and have no clue how to talk with customers.

Also, i came to know that their construction is also stopped. Now this situation is very critical who all invested this their project.

I have paid the full amount from my nre account (33 lakh)
As of now i have no information and updates about this project. Plz advise about the procedure in order to recover my money from the builder.

No possession - no interest - earth iconic project
I have send many letter to the builders of earth infrastructures, iconic, gurgaon. After making numerous inquires thru letters and several phone calls to your office with no response, i request you to look into this matter. I invested my hard earned money to book shop in april, 2012. According to the contract signed by one of the partners and me, it was agreed that earth infrastructures will pay 12% interest every month on my investment till the completion of the apartments. However, the interest checks were delayed by 6 + months and now from last 2 years its completely stopped. I have invested all my retirement funds in your shop.
I feel cheated and being a sr. Citizen with medical complications its a very challenging situation for me.

Kindly refer above letters & a meeting dtd. 23.05.2015 held at your narayana office, wherein we requested to provide fresh draft agreement according to terms & condition which was offered by your representative at the time of booking. But it is regret to say that no any amended draft has been received yet. I have sent you many reminders, request over phone & attended two time negotiation with your representative at delhi as well as tehri, but no any action was taken by your end yet. Your complaint desk is out of order since two year & no body was picking my phone.

Your representative had promised to me at the time of booking that you would have handed over me flat latest by 2017. But neither you have given me agreement as per booking nor you have started the construction work yet.

So please refund my all money (Rs.8, 24, 150/-) with interest immediately. Because i have needed a flat very urgently at ncr & i am going to book a new flat in other project.

I have booked 1310 sq ft flat in earth gracia, in noida extension in aug2013. Seeing the delay in project work i want my money back.
I have paid 20% of total cost.

I have tried to contact to senior officers of earth gracia but customer care dept did not allowed to meet with them & cc dept never registered my complaint and told us nothing can be done regarding refund of deposited money.
I am loosing my interest on deposited money.

I had booked two office spaces in the said building in 2010 and sept. 2011. The coy. Paid returns up to sept. 2015. After which i have received no intimation. I have invested about 66 lakhs. Coy. Promised to handover in 2012. I had sent an e mail in 2016 but of no avail, visited the office many times, but neither the office spaces have been handover nor the return has been given.

I have purchased a shop of 303 sq ft in Earth Iconic Shoppe at sec. 71, Gurgaon. I have received assured return of three month i.e, June 2015 to July 2015 after that company stopped the assured return .On visiting in the office of the company they offered me One time discount scheme, they agreed to adjust a lump sum amount of Rs.4, 54, 176/- as one time discount scheme against assured return which I objected and send a letter on 27/03/2017 by regd. post to them for clear violation of the bylaws of agreement .Till date I am entitled for Rs.7, 09, 940 as assured return but the company is forcing us to accept their offer and not giving any reply regarding possession and assured return

As i have booked a flat of 1310 sq feet in my name under csn no: 849& unit no: c-503 in july 2013 & i have paid till now 30% & car parking charges 50% but i have visited many times but there is no progress on the project as you at the time of booking said in 2017 project will be completed but in bba you have agreed to handover it in july 2019 but as the progress is not there so i request you to handover my money back with intrest as now i am not intrested in your project, my son in law also have one flat in it csn no : 868 unit no j-503 with 50% payment, he also want to surrender, so we request you to return our money back.
