Hi,

This complaint is regarding shop eteo-408 in earth express one booked in the name of irasad ahamad and faizan husain. We would like to know why the project has been delayed and not handed over to us, which was supposed to be completed in october 2015. The project is about a year delayed and no date from your side is announced, when it will be completed and possession will be given. Also we booked for 250 sq feet shop but you have increased the shop size to 354 sq feet on your own with out our knowledge/discussion. So please allot 250 sq feet shop only which was signed and agreed in mou.

I am a senior citizen and m\s earth infrastructure ltd new delhi had promised me that they will allot fully furnished studio apartment latest by september 2016 and till then they will give assured return at rate of 12% per annum. They gave me for one and a half year and then suddenly stopped since april 2015.

I had paid the full payment but i have seen that the work at site has not yet started. If they cannot give possession of studio apartment by september 2016 then they should return my money with interest at rate of 18% per annum.

The directors of m\s earth infrastructure are:

1) mr. Atul gupta

2) mr. Vikas gupta

3) mr. Avdhesh kumar goel

4) mr. Rajnish mittal

I am in need of my money very urgently on account of this i had a heart problem and was admitted in gangaram hospital in delhi on 6th january 2016.

I would really be thankfull to you if you could solve my problem as soon as possible.

I had booked a studio apartment in earth towne in the year 2010, till now there is no update on the construction update and also nobody from the builders office cares to update the clients on this, i am a senior citizen had have wasted my money in this.

Would like to inform you that kindly refund my money deposited till date with you, as i cannot afford to loose my hard earned money on willfull defaulters like you.

Dear sir .I am satish kumar .I have book 250 seqfitt express shop in earth express one project more then 2 year ago. I have give 187500rs for first booking to earth . Due to personal problems i have cancel my booking 1.5 year ago . But earth don't give me my refund ammount . They detect 40% ammount. It's very bad for us . But balance ammount of 93750 rs .Should be transfer in my account but it's not transfer .J have many times.E call to customer care but they give me 1 week time every time . I have already given my new account details because according to earth my hdfc account is closed by bank . I have give application to earth with my new account details according to earth they transfer me neft with in 10 days but it's not credit as well as they miss my all documents it's very shamfull fir this ltd company .

Dear Sir,

I Deepak Singh Rawat S/O Mr. K. S. Rawat booked Studio Apartment in Titanium Project on Yamuna Express way, size 520 sq ft in flexi plan (Ref No:- ETTS-2162). We booked the apartment on 4th July and paid four lakhs rupees (4, 00, 000/-) as booking amount and latter paid four lakhs rupees (4, 00, 000/-) cheque of Vijaya Bank, two lakhs rupees (2, 00, 000/-) cheque of State Bank Of India, all cheques are encased now. So in total we have paid Ten lakh rupees (10, 00, 000/-). Almost five months have gone but we have not received any paper documents or sale agreement documents or any paper of any sort claiming our booking in this project which was least expected from a reputed organization like you. Moreover at the time of booking I was told that buyback option is also available but on enquiring I came to know that no such option is available in this project.

Now I have no more interest in this project. I request you to please cancel the booking and refund me my paidup amount till now that is Ten lakh thousand rupees (10, 00, 000/-) with interest as soon as possible.

But I am not get any reply from com. side and they are not providing my refund.

So please help me for these case.

I booked ONE appartments in july 2013, Earth Titanium Studios with Earth Infrastructures pvt ltd Delhi and paid Rs 3000000 for ONE appartment. Company assured to give assured return 12% till possession as per agreement held with company. They paid assured return till sep 2015 and stop paying oct 2015 onward i have recived some cheque of assured return but few days ago i have recived the letter from earth which is mention our account has been closed so please dont present the cheque in your bank after that i have recived a call from earth and he saying that we not pay anymore assured return cheque.

I have not received payment of assured returns pending from the last 1 year against my booking of a retail shop (csn no. Ettg-0161) with earth iconic infrastructures pvt ltd/earth infrastructure ltd. In their project- earth titanium galleria at plot no. Tz-6, tech zone 6, greater noida.
Inspite of several communications, company has been delaying the payments by one reason or the other.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that i can receive my pending assured return payments on immediate basis.

Dinesh K Sood(Etos2067) was lured by their Rohit Batra, Amit Yadav & Manuj Nagar to invest in office space of 350 s ft against 12% commitment charges/interest on monthly intervals. I am Deepak Gupta invested in Earth Infra in one of their Project viz. Earth Techone - Earth Alphatech - Gr. Noida.

With the high hopes and ignored the bad reviews on internet about Earth Infra. I have invested in this project in 2012 by booking 350 sq ft studio office under assured return plan. This booking was done by Broker Gujeet Singh from Collective Growth.

As per the MOU signed, possession was supposed to be done in September 2015. Till then Earth Infra agreed to pay Assured Return cheqs @ 12% per annum. In case they delay the project by any mean assured return cheqs will be continued until the possession.

But as per current status, construction is still going on & ony 60% of project is done so far. By looking the progress possession is no where in next 2 years as well. Earth has stopped the assured return cheqs from October 2015 onwards.

They have stopped responding over mail, phone. Even i have visited their office in noida couple of times and there is no concrete answer received. Their customer care and front desk team is pathetic and have no clue how to talk with customers.

I surprise to see the behavior before booking and after sales service. After sales service is pathetic and they treat you like trash.

Also, i came to know that their construction is also stopped. Now this situation is very critical who all invested this their project.

I request all future investors not to invest in any of their projects. Also request any of existing investors please contact me i am trying to make a group of investors who all invested and suffered so that we can all fight against this fraud builder.

My ticket no is T-9918 Below is the body of the email- /**********************************/ Hi, This is with reference to your letter dated 18th April 2015 regarding cancellation of our flat (booking bearing CSN ETR-2804) in Earth Towne, Greater Noida. This is to let you know that after we switched to the construction linked plan we did not receive any notifications asking us to make any further payments. Hence a letter stating that we did not make any payments despite repeated email/phone reminders is incorrect and false. Please provide us with the details on construction and payment required. It is very disappointing to receive such false letters as well as to see that there is no clarity on the project progress/completion whatsoever. Hello, I am one of the cheated customer by Earth Infrastructures Limited, I have booked a unit in Gracia project 2 years and for 2 long years they keep saying me that because of some clearance issue they can't give me builder buyer agreement and now after 2 years when I visited their office they are telling me that the booking price which is reflecting in their system is different from what they have given me and they are asking me to pay according to it. I am cheated and now I don't want to stay quite. I would like to understand what legal actions I can take against them. Any help is much appreciated. Nitin Sharma ( earth consumer relationship Manager ), I refer to my earlier mail dated August 12, 2014 regarding cancellation of my booking and refund of the Advance amount paid by me. No action has been taken on my request. With this mail, am requesting you to please look in to my case and refund the money paid by me for the Booking as am currently in a financial crunch & due to the ill health of my mother. Please note, this booking was done by me through Mr. Abhijeet Dubey, unfortunately, he is now not a part in the system. When I enquired about him with Mr. Vijay Chauhan, I came to know that he has done some Forgery in the system and taken some company’s cash . For past two months, am being following up continuously with VijayChauhan ( Wealth Unlimited Estate India Pvt Ltd.-Earth Infrastructures Ltd Group) on the same but no positive answer has been given to me. Please find enclosed all the refund documents required for the refund which is given by Mr. Vijay Chauhan. I would also like to inform you that Mr. Vijay has asked bribe ( 2 Lac cash) for settling my case. Why should I pay a cash bribe to him for refund of my own amount which was paid for the booking. Please note, I have paid total amount is Rs.9, 09, 600 /- Mr. Vijay has told me that I have to pay cash bribe to him to take my case to the earth management and my case will only be settled if I pay a csh bribe of Rs. 2, 00, 000/- Mr. Nitin Sharma & Respective Directors of earth Mr. Atul Gupta, Mr. Rajnish Mittal & Mr. Vikas Gupta, requesting you to look in to this andpay my refund to me. Respected Sir I am writing this complaint through your esteemed site so as the top level management of earth infra and other persons who wish to purchase their projects can get fully aware of wrong doings of some of its fraud staff. I am writing this mail to you in extreme shock and agony. I came to know about your esteemed project Earth Gharonda on faizabad road through newspaper and I immediately wanted to book one, so I rang up to one of the phone numbers given in your advertisement. One person from your company by the name of Mr. Pankaj Hasswani (AGM) came to my house on 15/09/2013. To my surprise, firstly he discussed me some other company projects & insisted me to book a flat in that projects, but when I told him that I am interested only in Earth gharonda booking, he asked me for a copy of PAN card for filling an application form which I readily filled. After that he asked me show my cheque book as he told that only NEW FORMAT of cheque book is now valid. Out of ignorance, I showed my husband’s cheque book which is old one, now this person from your company, very smartly told me that even he is in doubt whether the cheque is valid or not and asked me to give a blank cheque without signing to confirm the cheque validity in his office. Because of your brand name & his position in your company, I trusted upon him and he cheated upon me by tearing two cheques instead of one.(Cheque no 853591 which was blank and unsigned & cheque no. 853592 which was unfortunately blank but signed by my husband for some other purpose). Now, when I enquired about my cheques on 16/09/2013, he told me that your flat has been booked. I was shocked and asked him how the flat can be booked without spending a single penny; he went in a U-TURN mode and started putting allegations on me instead, like I am mailing a copy of your signed cheque to you etc.etc.(YOU CAN CALL ANY WRITING EXPERT FROM WORLD AND IT WOULD BE EASILY JUDGED THAT ITS Mr. Pankaj Hasswani who has written all the amount and date on the cheque.) I tried to contact him for about 10 times from 10AM to 10:30 PM on 17/09/2013, (My phone records can be checked) but he was not ready even to meet me and sort out the matter. Without making any hue & cry about this, I right away blocked my stolen cheque on 18/09/2013 morning. Now, again after 4 weeks on 11/10/2013, Mr. Pankaj Hasswani, rang me saying that he is apologizing and wanted to meet me, I straightaway denied because of his unethical and immoral act and then he started threatening me to face legal consequences, i told him that he is most welcome to pursue this case and even I am not afraid of it . Sir, all I can say to you is that this type of people are bringing nuisance to your brand and are insisting me to go to court, media and police station.I strongly demand strict action and a written apology against such fraudism from your company side. MESSAGE FOR DIRECTOR'S & SR VP SALES/MARKETING

On assurances from M/s Shri Balaji Estates, Gurgaon I have booked one flat size 1800 sqm in “Earth Copia” the residential project of M/s EARTH INFRASTRUCTURES LIMITED in Sector-112 in Gurgaon @ Rs. 3500/- per sqft. For that I have deposited Rs. 2 Lac during the month of Feb'2011. At that time it was told to me that the project will be launched @ Rs. 4200/- per sqft and same will be sold after completing the 10% Payment.

But company has launched the project @ 3500/- per sqft base price + Rs. 400/- per sqft development charges and demanded 25% of payment with out allotting the flat and starting the work.

Hence, I don't want to continue in this project, I have sent number of requests for refund by e-mail/courier to the broker (M/s Shri Balaji Estates, Gurgaon) and M/s Earth Infra, New Delhi.

In response of my requests I received refund-set from M/s Earth vide e-mail dt. 05.08.2011. All the required documents prepared by me were sent to their office on 05.08.2011 except the NOC from the broker. Because, in spite of number of requests over phone and by e-mails they are not giving the NOC. They are even not responding to my calls/e-mails.

Even after passing more than one month M/s Earth are not refunding my money. I am loosing interest since Feb'2011 on my hard earned money Rs. 2.0 Lac.
