Earth Infrastructures — Cheating and fraud for shop and flat

I booked one shop in commercial complex in 2013, paid more than rs 36 lacs. (Thirty six lacs)
In lump sum. I was to get assured return of rs 24000/pm,
Neither assured return is being paid, nor shop is handed over, the shop is still to be completed but work is stopped
Requested for refund of money, no reply given, whereabout of owners not known
A case of total cheating and fraud

I also booked a flat in earth gracia scheme, and was alotted no 0004 in tower f, on gf.
Paid more than 15 lavs (Fifteen lacs)
No work is being done and there is no trace of any flat
This is also a case of cheating and fraud
