[Resolved]  Earth Infrastructures Ltd. — Fraudulent company

Hi friends, I am sharing my experience of working with Earth Infrastructures Ltd (Real Estate Company)
It is a Fraud company to work for, They hired me through my college, for summer internship, where they offered a stipend of 20, 000 for 2 months, I joined the company and this is what happened with me after that:-)

1.)From the very first day, The GM Mr sachin Jain, under whom I was working, has told us (college studends)to
meet the targets otherwise we will be chuked off, and the targets were selling property to Prospect clients.we
were told to sell atleast 3 properties to stay in the organisation.

2.)They have very bad reputation in the market and their projects are also very expensive to sell, The GM told to
sell the properties to your relatives, friends and through your social networks.

3.)We (our college students)Got very bad feedback from other college students who were also doing their summer
internship from there, they told us that these people chuk off the students who are unable to sell their
properties and also dont provide stipend.

4.)Friends, I didn't have a good social network so i met with many property dealers in delhi ncr, in CP, In
pritampura to sell their projects but they have very bad repo and it couldn't sell.

5.)My GM always appreciated me in the front of everyone for my hardwork and dedication, and almost assured me
that I will get my stipend Becoz he has seen ma hard work, But I never got My stipend till today .

6.)Many of my college mates working for earth infrastructures ltd were chuked off, for no reason.

7.)Unethical organisation and very bad work culture .

Watever i have told you all, Is really true and please donot join this organisation i[censored]r serious about ue career.
