[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — air ticket which my husband booked today | |||||
Hi, My husband tried booking ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata. While making the payment, it flashed a message that the price has increased do you want to continue. He discarded the transaction however he got a message that any has been debited. He tried calling the customer care but the queue was busy. In the meanwhile after 10 minutes he booked ticket from another website. After booking he got ticket from easemytrip. He tried contacting the customer care again and they told me that they can't do much. It was definitely not my husband fault, it was their system failure so easemytrip should reimburse.
