Hi Sir,
I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bengaluru (for 21st Dec 2020)on GoAir, through SBI netbanking . My entire amount got debited but ticket has not been booked..please help me to get refund of my money.here I am posting the message that I got from SBI after successful payment

Thx for INB txn of Rs.4217 frm A/c X7308 to Easy Trip ... Ref#IGAJZMWEJ9 on 06Dec20. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]

Updated by Subhatina I booked through netbanking and the transaction was successful also but from easemytrip I haven't received any ticket

Updated by Subhatina For you information, After some time of successful payment in netbanking, I got an error page, when it was returning back to easemytrip page from netbanking page.
