[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — booking emt41788908 | |
On 18th march 2018 i have booked a ticket online via easmytrip.com from pune to kabul date of journey being 08/05/2018 by vistara (India) and kamair (Afghanistan) flight I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of rs.11452/- was deducted. On query via e-mail for the ticket status easemytrip.com replied "the following itinerary has been rejected due to non-availabilty of seats in the same class booked by you. Your amount would be refunded automatically." further they promised maximum 72 hours to get the amount credited. But till date i have not received the refund amount.
