This complaint is regarding my air ticket refund (Booking ID - EMT[protected] against the cancellation made on 16th November 2023.
I have been provided with an ARN[protected] based upon my refund request from easemytrip by their customer care executive (Mohini Solanki).
The ticket was purchased from easemytrip.com and upon cancellation I received a mail informing me that the refund was initiated from their end on the same day itself i.e, 16th November 2023.
They further informed us that the amount will be reflected on my account within a week after the refund process got initiated. However, the same has not been reflected in my account till date.
However, the status of the ticket shows REFUNDED which has not happened yet. Hence, the information that has been provided in the website (link & screenshot attached) is misleading if not erroneous.
This delay in refund against air ticket cancellation from EaseMyTrip has happened for the second time this year.
