[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — half refund generated | |||
I received full refund from indigo airlines for the flight tickets i cancelled due to the pandemic, the fight was scheduled on 22nd of april. I cancelled the tickets directly from the airline and i even have the invoice from the airline regarding the dull refund but easemytrip took forever to generate refund in the first place after multiple email when they finally did generate the refund they get returned half the amount. Thier response is extremely slow now i'm stuck sending multiple emails again and they refuse to respond. I have sent multiple emails, tweeted about the problem to easemytrip still no response. Their customer care numbers don't pick calls. They have been harassing me for so long i have no idea what to do now to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
