EaseMyTrip.com — Money got debited from my account but ticket wasn't booked.

I tried to book a flight ticket from Bangalore to Imphal for 9th of January 2022. Money got debited from my account but it says payment failed in the Easemytrip. The costumer care didn't respond to calls made after the incident. Please look into the problem and refund the amount as soon as possible.
