[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — My money not being returned | |
Can you please ensure that customer’s money is returned in full? I have been following up with customer care since May 25th to return complete 3410 Rs and your customer care people keep telling me EaseMy trip has returned full amount however ICICI bank has eaten my 5 Rs. In my account statement I can clearly see only a transfer of 3405. If 5 Rs has not been credited in my account how can bank take the money. I have confirmed on this with the bank as well and bank has confirmed that ICICI has not taken my money. I am tired of following up on this with your customer care folks who only call up and harass me and tell me money has been returned which is not the case. Can you please help your harassed customer?
