[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — no proper response to customer issue | |||
I have booked two tickets on the same passenger name from and to the same source and destination and for the same date by mistake, because the name got pre-selected to the name of previously booked ticket from the existing passenger list in the ease my trip app. After noticing the same on the same day, i have contacted the customer care, and the irresponsible response i got is, "you can please contact indigo directly". From indigo i was asked to cancel the ticket and rebook the ticket for the same flight with the passenger name. Within few hours of next booking the price was doubled. I am very disappointed with this. Why should i pay double the cost for the same ticket which i have in hand. Why can't either easemytrip or indigo can help the customer with change of name.
