[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — non refund of amount

Upon cancellation of travel ticket, easemytrip paid refund through payumoney portal. The amount was refunded vide n[protected] and n[protected] on 20.01.2020 & 23.01.2020. However both refunds were not received/ credited in my pnb credit card. On taking up matter with pnb, they informed that the transaction was failed and returned to sender. Bank has no such facility. response from the bank has also been forwarded to you through mail.
