Upon cancellation of travel ticket, easemytrip paid refund through payumoney portal. The amount was refunded vide n[protected] and n[protected] on 20.01.2020 & 23.01.2020. However both refunds were not received/ credited in my pnb credit card. On taking up matter with pnb, they informed that the transaction was failed and returned to sender.
