We are a group of 4 with Travel tickets booked by INDIGO carrier by Easymytrip.com. One flight from Shillong to Imphal was cancelled by the Airline due to some technical/logistics issues. The Airline refunded complete amount to Easymytrip.com. I received Invoice accordingly. But Easymytrip discounted Rs.3200/- in total and only refunded Rs.6604.
My Flight details are as follows:
1. Flight No : 6E - 7961
2. PNR : MMYVYS
3. Date : 16-Nov-2022
4. GST Invoice Number : MG2222311AA02641
This is a small amount and Easymytrip should NOT loose a loyal customer like me for a small amount of 3k.
My ask is simple... Since the flight got cancelled by the airline, just give me full refund. Infact I had to incure many more expenses due to this as my complete onwards journey, hotel reservations had to be cancelled and replanned.
Looking forward for a favourable response from your end.
Else I will be a completely dissatisfied customer and will have to escalate this issue to other destinations like INDIGO and express my bad experiance thro various social channels.
