[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Refund is not processed | |
Dear team, I have cancelled my ticket PNR 525PND(air vistara) also mentioned the e ticket EMT82896619. It’s been more than 25days and I am still waiting for the refund amount. On contacting airline they have mentioned to me that necessary remarks are passed to claim the refund, whereas the agent ease my trip is saying that they have not received the refund me. It is frustrating to me that whom should I contact to resolve my issue and get the refunds processed. Was this information helpful? | |
