EaseMyTrip.com — Refund of Cancelled Ticket - II5JFM | |||
Sir, The ticket which was bought through the EaseMyTrip portal was canceled by the airline due to the pandemic. The airline has refunded the portal. The portal has informed me that the refund is credited to EaseMyTrip wallet which can be used to transfer the amount to my bank account. The Transaction Id is EMT71093363. However, on accessing my account, the wallet shows zero balance. I have sent 5 emails to [protected]@easemytrip.com. I get a standard reply that the refund is transferred to my Wallet. I have also sent them a screenshot of my zero amount Wallet. But so far, after repeated emails and conversations with their customer care, the issue is not resolved. I am a senior citizen of advanced age. I do not know what to do next to recover my ticket money. Please help.
