[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — refund of flight cancellation

My air asia flight have been postponed for 24hrs for kolkata to bankok and preponed for more than 1 hr from bankok to kolkata. While air asia is offering full refund in this case, easemytrip is not refunding my amount. Please help me get my money back. Ease my trip customer care is receiving calls neither they are responding to my mail. My booking id is emt68448520 and my pnr is dsldni. Easemy trip simply whattsapped me last day saying they are not responsible for any refund. Where as air asia is offering full refund in case of flight reschedule.
