Hi i was trying to book flight ticket but my booking failed & amount debited. I got message displayed in screen booking failed incase your amount has been debited we will initiate refund in 3 to 4 days & following up with their customer care.They first told me wait for 10 working days you will get refund but i waited till now i have not received amount & also told me to get back to us if you not get amount but now there team not helping saying we have not received amount. I also see my transaction via mobikwik was success & for same screenshot share to their email.Kindly refund amount .
